The sheets are clean and the gentleman at the front desk was super professional and nicehe was definitely out of place because this place is a disaster as it is being remodeled. We literally were stepping over and around construction to get to our room. The pillows feel like that generic pillow stuffing for Euro shams with absolutely no support, even when wading three of them together and stuffing them under ur head. The mattress does NOT "hug u back" they are REALLY hard with little to no give. My back is hurting and we still have to stay another night. I travel A LOT with my husband and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Absolutely amazing service, clean rooms and easy check in process. We also forgot items, and the hotel was willing to ship it to us, at our cost. Cameron the front desk guy is the best!!!

Totally average and unremarkable in every wayalmost on the edge of totally no-frills.

The bed was particularly awful.

On the other hand, the desk staff were I found to all be very helpful, friendly and, efficient.

The hotel itself was in an odd area. Close to a very busy intersection but developed with an odd assortment of businesses that you don't normally see right around a hotel.

It made very quiet and serene but limited dining options severely.

There was also a good bit of undeveloped natural habitat still which made for it possible for a long walk after check-in. Skipping the usual fitness center workout was a wonderful and unexpected treat.

As a previous reviewer remarked, this Fairfield is set back from the road behind a furniture store, so be looking for the building!

I called and booked 25 rooms for my daughters wedding in April. The guy Nick quoted me a rate 3 different times. Once I asked them for a written copy of the discounted rate, they changed it $30.00 higher than the promised rate. They refused to honor the rate. The BAIT & SWITCH is in full force here at the Fairfield Inn & Suites! I do not agree with their procedures and how they handled this situation. Very unfair!

Staff is very friendly. They were doing renovations and some wallpaper was missing but I imagine it was being replaced. Very quiet place to rest. Could have used some bacon or pork sausage on the breakfast buffet.

They were very nice and it had everything we needed. Had no issues doing a late check out to get some extra sleep since didn't get in till after midnight. My only down side was the bed was pretty firm but I am a bit of a bed snob so.

Pleasant one night stay. Quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast was great and had healthy options. I had granola and Greek yogurt. Hard to spot when driving in - make sure you don't drive past it!

To start with I will say that my room is very nice and very clean. Apparently there are renovations going on which I would have liked to have known about before I booked the hotel. There is no information in the room about the local area. No dining information, no areas of interest, Etc. There is also no information in the room about hotel specifics(pool is open from? -?, breakfast is served from? -?). I am sure they told me this when I checked in, but I was probably not paying attention at that time.

Great stay. Front desk agents were helpful and breakfast attendant, Adriana was great! Food was fresh and tasty! Freshly Made Waffles were yummy. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, great price! Worked really well for Marine graduation at Parris Island. Short drive in, and tons better price than Beaufort where the raise the prices during family week (!!!). Tera at the front desk was a real pro. There was one minor issue with the room and they fixed everything right at check in. Would stay here again!

I'm Platinum Premier, got a room behind the elevator. Holes in the walls, A/C sounded like it was coming unglued. Not cool. Won't be back.

Was given a room that was in a very poor state. Hotel had apparently started renovating this room and then tried to "patch up" what was started because they were "booked" solid. I would rather have been told they were sold out then given a room that was in terrible condition. I was traveling with small children and it was dangerous for them. It was also the first floor by the main entrance, elevator, ice machine and pool entrance. The noise level of terrible and the doors to the rooms were very loud. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The hotel said that renovations will start soon. Hopefully they will include quieter doors and more sound proofing for high traffic areas.
