  We are a small company producing a large film project with B clip Productions. In short, they have been extraordinary. From the moment we engaged them, even in the sales process they looked for ways to serve us. They were fast with returning our RFP, every charge was clearly represented and accounted for and timelines were well established. There was sincere enthusiasm for the nature of our project and all our questions were cheerfully answered. They were in touch and available but not in pursuit. There were several offers of help, both in understanding the bid and also connecting us with other non B clip services we needed in the Asheville area.
  
  The production process was even better. We had 12 days of shooting overall, much of it out of town and it went like clockwork. The footage was GORGEOUS. Mike and Chris were on time to every shoot, they treated our subjects and there homes with kindness and respect, and they created great ideas for footage. What is more, they were both friendly and appropriately inconspicuous so that our participants could feel completely comfortable.
  
  Another important credit to give B clip is that our project required them to work more closely with us than they might on other projects. We did not just turn them loose but rather we were directly involved in the interviewing and writing of the script. They took a very hands on approach while at the same time yielding without any "noise" or ego deflation when we were steering the project. A great balance to achieve! They incorporated us seamlessly and with good humor and respect. At one point I made a major change to the production schedule and there was not a drop of drama or upset. They just handled it, regrouped and kept moving. They have served us well at every request and I know have spared no expense at making our project really POP!
  
  We are now in post production and flowing along very well. Words that I wouId use to describe the people at B clip whom I have met are authentic, professional, creative, fun, and CAN DO. I do not think I have been told no to a single request. I feel certain we have found our partners on future projects as well. I recommend B clip Productions enthusiastically and without reservation.
