The staff was absolutely lovely. The room was truly spotless, as was the bathroom, hallways and the common breakfast area, which is the most important feature for accommodation for us. Our family of four was a little tight in the space, but the placement of the sink outside the tub/toilet room really helped. The room also came equipped with a fridge, iron, board, hairdryer and a nice view of the woods. We even saw a herd of elk grazing in the back yard. The room rate included a simple continental breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, juice, waffles, muffins, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, oranges, apples and an extensive array of condiments.

We enjoyed our clean, comfortable stay and the friendly staff (everyone seems happy). Nice location for exploring Cherokee, Mingo Falls, Bryson City -- Great Smoky Mountain Railroad (Polar Express), and Maggie Valley. We plan to return next year and/or for one of the other seasons.

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Great location. Better breakfast selection would help but it was free!! Plus, plenty of places to eat nearby for a good price..Staff was great!!

A little off the strip in Cherokee. But the room was very clean. Front desk was very friendly and personable. Would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. They had a continental breakfast that consisted of cereal, apples, oranges, french toast, waffles, bagels, toast, they also had oatmeal packets, and little cinnamon rolls. There wasn't a lot of protein, but they did offer peanut butter, cream cheese, and Nutella. So in order to get some protein with our meal we toasted bagels and put cream cheese and Nutella or peanut butter on them. They also offered milk and juice. Coffee and tea are available to you all day long and they offer fresh cookies later in the day-I think from 5-7. It was such a clean and inviting atmosphere, we would definitely stay again.

Staff was awesome! If I was still in the hotel business, I would try to steal them away! From the housekeepers to the breakfast attendants to the front desk staffexcellent! The only thing I would recommend is having a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Otherwise, all was excellent!

Love the rooms overall, beds were very comfortable and pillows are the best! But I don't like the breakfast choices and the toilet was squeaky. I would still recommend though because they have a great view!
