  Good, honest business. Even after my issue resolved itself and it was apparent that there wouldn't be a sale, the business owner patiently explained to me how to prevent problems in the future, including what parts to buy. Highly recommended- I know who I will call the next time I have any issues.

  Had a garage door spring snap. As with those things it was unexpected and made it difficult to get the cars in and out. Willie made it a priority it seemed to make sure we got our spring fixed and door back in working order. Would definitely recommend Bay Area Doors, will be using them again in the future.

  Their service tech was extremely rude and wouldn't even look at my garage door because there was a torn apart old truck in it. I would NOT recommend them.

  Would highly recommend. My insurance company said replacing the springs wasn't covered and Willie double checked my coverage and it was! Very knowledgeable and nice
