Work we had done:
1. Three different areas where floor bracing was installed
2. Sump pump pit and pump installed
3. Entire crawlspace encapsulated with dehumidifier

Joe Surko and his team did the work over several days and they did a great job keeping me informed about what was going on throughout the entire process.

Overall I was very pleased with their work. Everything looked great and Joe showed me all the details of the work they did at the end. I really appreciated that.

I couldn't be happier with the quality service and professionalism of this company. Chip, Eric, Heather, Joe, Troy, Pablo and Joe's other crew members, as well as the electricians, Cody and Josh, did a fabulous job and treated me right. They installed my crawl space sump and buried downspouts and the price was right. I'm so thankful that this stressful project is behind me and I don't have to worry about water in my crawl space anymore. Thanks to all of you!

Emilio and his crew were great. They were on time. Super professional, and friendly and they work FAST. We were scheduled out for 2 days, but they finished it in one day. Our house was built in the 1890s, and nothing has been done to our basement probably ever. It’s super wet and musty down there all the time. The humidifier is going to be a huge help with that moisture as well as the barriers. Josh our salesman was also great and communicated everything to us very clearly. They made a typically stressful process a this smooth and easy one. Super happy with it!

Had this company extend downspouts and install new sump pump. Very unsatisfied after 2 visits - initial visit to do work and second visit to try to correct what was done wrong the first time. The crew installed a new sump pump and redirected lines from house to meet with downspout extension that stopped on a flat portion of my yard versus down to the downward slope area, resulting in flooding in my yard as well as my neighbor's. Standing water for 5 days until they could return to "fix" the problem. Project manager came out to survey work and agreed that it was not done properly and they would bring another crew out to rectify the situation. Redirected drainage to sloped area in yard, but still dealing with standing water - and worried about downspout extension sump pump runs into - if that blocks or stops up, so does my sump pump. I was better off with the system I had before replacing it, as well as with the extensions I installed myself for downspouts. Highly dissatisfied and will probably have to bring in someone else to fix this mess. I put my trust in this company to properly perform the services they advertise, and they failed to deliver quality service.
