All the cars I wanted to look at were sent to service. Prices were high and cars were very rough looking and not kept up. The only car available to look at had different colors on panels and doors. Service staff did not hace it together .

Best place to get a good car, have bought 2 there so far. Sales staff is friendly, and not pushy, they well entertain any reasonable offer and while I have only had one trade in they gave me what I consider More than fair trade value. Look forward to doing business there again

I just recently bought a 2006 GMC Sierra 4x4. I had a great experience working with Troy. The truck had 95k miles on it which is exceptional for the year. The truck ran perfectly and the buying process was hassle free. They worked with me on the price and after the test drive, I was in and out an hour. This was great opposed to when my girlfriend bought her 2014 Toyota Camry at a different dealership in which they would not budge on the price and the process took about 6 hours. I am very satisfied with my purchase and customer service I received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Love them I will be getting my third vehicle from them people keep hitting me so about 17 months i have to get a new one!!!!! They will find what u want even if they don't have call and ask for Tory!!!!!! Love them and my parents do too!!!!!! Just give them my name!

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle and were told "it is a solid, daily driver, although it has some minor issues". Got it home to my mechanic for those minor repairs and found out it had major mechanical issues. I called my dealer and the only thing he offered was to help us trade into another vehicle. They wouldn't even let us return
the vehicle (we had it less than 3 days) because we bought it "as is". At least have the integrity to stand behind what you sell. Now, I'm stuck with a vehicle that isn't even safe to drive! Bart's will never get my business again!response / report this review -

I needed a dependable vehicle, but did not have a lot of money. Bart's was able to help. The salesman was nice and honest about issues some vehicles had. This place was great to do business with.

Unless they are making the big bucks they arnt interested in financing you. They are very persistent in getting you into a car that would make them the most money off you.

This may have been the best car buying experience I have had yet. I met with Jake at the Fort Wayne Bart's Car Store lot. I had put in a pre-qualification for financing and Jake called me to find out about my trade. I came in to have him check it over to see what they could offer. My trade was old and I was looking at another older vehicle. Jake was able to work out a deal where I put a very small amount of money down with my trade in and was able to pull out with the vehicle I wanted without any financing. Jake was very nice to work with. There was no pressure and I felt as if Jake was going above and beyond on his job.

My wife and I were in the stage of just looking for a new car for her, not intending to buy yet. We came to Bart's Car Store to look at a car we saw on their website. We were also there to trade in a car and was contacted by Scott before we came into the store. We arrived and was greeted by a very open, professional looking office area.
Scott was with another customer, but offered us water, coffee, and comfy couches to sit in. When he came to help us he was very nice and asked which car we were interested in. He actually brought us to a different car type of the make and model we were looking for at, but this car was in better condition. The car was a little more expensive than our budget allowed and at first there was a bit of pressuring, but that's just what comes with car buying.
Scott explained the process of trading in our old car, and helped us negotiate a bit lower of a price. We happily ended up with the car. Lastly, Scott was very kind in allowing us to come back a day later and get a bike rack off the top of the car we traded in.
