Very poor selection of books, with higher prices.

Seem to never have the book you need and when they do, it is gut-wrenchingly overpriced. Three weeks and back-ordered book still hasn't come into stock. Get used to using Amazon or another online source to rent your books, saving time and money.

Honestly, the only problem is how expensive it is. Staff is super friendly and they are all very helpful. It is also organized and they have a nice book selection.

Parents of freshman! This is your sign! Do NOT buy anything from this overpriced, selection-lacking "bookstore". Please save yourself the money and time. Amazon, Indy College Bookstore, Chegg.. so many more options. This would be your absolute last resort. You have been warned!

B&N is my favorite store, however, at this IUPUI campus, books are pretty pricey compared to other forms of buying or renting books. I usually use this B&N as my last resource if I cannot find a book. The Starbucks inside offers much more food options than other places, but be ready to pay a pretty penny as well.

I am rating the Starbucks a 1 star because they ruined my coffee experience today. I ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha Latte and I said hot, please. It came cold and the young lady working rolled her eyes at me when I said, "I ordered a Latte, and I said hot." She then remade my drink in two seconds and it wasn't even warm but I walked away because I didn't want to deal with her attitude again. The lady who took my order even put my name and order on a cup that serves hot beverages

The book store itself is overpriced but has a nice atmosphere.
The Starbucks within the bookstore however, SUCKS and I will not be going back after my experience yesterday. They served 4 people behind me, first, and when I got my Java chip frappachino it was completely LIQUID and not even like a frozen drink at all. It also had no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. What the heck guys? I give the Starbucks ONE STAR.response / report this review -

This place was my retreat for an hour after three days at Riley. It has a Starbucks with it. Very nice walk from the hospital.
