Nice and clean facility. But we (me and my boyfriend) Came in around 830 on a Sunday night. We told the guy we wanted 3 games. Then he proceeds to turn around and look at the clock and I said oh will that not be enough time? (Online it says they close at 10) he said well we lock the doors at 930. So we settled for 2 games although 3 would've left plenty of time. This man was not friendly at all. We didn't feel welcomed at all. Would've been 5 stars but that guy was just plain rude. You shouldn't be in customer service if you're rude and make customers feel like they're bothering you. Overall fun place to bowl though

Stay at home dads looking for entertaining ways to occupy the kids this winter? Take em bowling! Great place, great people. Took my 3yo just before noon Tuesday.. All staff great with my son. Friendly, helpful not crowded at all! Was able to have fun and food for under 20 bucks.

My husband and i took took our three kids here. Upon paying we were told that the lane we were being put on was booked at 6:30 for a party and we would have to move lanes at that time of we werent done.. It was only 4:45 and we only wanted to play 2 games so us and the cashier didnt think there would be an issue with overlap. However for some reason at 6:15 the cashier came over and told us to move. We were on frame 7 of our second game and when we stated that we were almost done the staff member very rudely insisted we move. A women from the scheduled party even said they were early and didnt mind at all. We were moved to a lane that had a family of 7 with no room for us. So we packed up and left without playing our last 3 frames. We will not be going back. When checking out my husband expressed our frustration for the situation especially since it could have all been avoided since we would have been done before the party. The staff member continued to be rude while we were checking out. If you are looking for a family fun place i would go somewhere else.

Barely made 4 stars Nice place, but pricey and the guys working there are not very cordial - inattentive and abrupt sometimes. Too bad, because my kids enjoy bowling.

Good friendly service by most employees but the employee in charge of main customer service (lanes and shoes) only had a short attention span for customers but had time to finish text before helping you or other customers. Thankfully the other employees were friendly and helpful when a family emergency came up that got them to 4 stars. We were there for a birthday party (hosting and paying for) and still this certain employee couldn't be bothered.

The hubby and I came here for date night and had a good time. Wednesdays are $2 games and $2.50 shoe rental, which made a great date night option for our budget. There are lots of lanes, and we've never had a problem walking in and having a lane available during the week. Also, I love that it doesn't smell like smoke or sweaty people. The pizza is pretty good as well.
