Staff are kind and helpful when looking for books.

The only reason I deducted a star is because you can find the books somewhere cheaper. The books here are extremely overpriced, which is unfortunate because I love books. Now I'd rather wait for a book to come in the mail if it saves me 5 dollars rather than going into the store. You think they'd price match other places so people would shop there more, but no.

It is a peaceful place to go and grab a cup of coffee to look through books though. There is always something so calming about a book store.

Their website has a book listed for 25 instead of 34 dollars. I figured that I would be able to get it price matched in the store, like you would at any other national retailer. When I respectfully asked about it to the cashier he curtly responded with "well that's the price online." I told him "okay, well I guess I won't be getting it if you won't price match your own website." His only response was "next in line."

I tried to explain to him that this is why people just use Amazon, and why I won't be coming back.

This is why your business is failing! I wouldn't care if it was a local bookstore but it isn't.

Great bookstore. Coffee shop is superb. Could improve on their WiFi. Weak by the windows.

Good arrangement of items. Friendly service. Found the two things I was looking for and enjoyed an iced coffee.

I generally like Barnes & Noble bookstores. They have books, they have electronics that facilitate the reading of books (the Nook tablet), and they have Starbucks coffee. What is not to love? Generally one B&N is no better or worse than another, and they are all pretty good, with some exceptions. This one is no exception. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we appreciate their manga selection, and of course, the coffee. (However, since the Starbucks is operated by B&N, they won't take Starbucks credit; they will take B&N credit if you have that, though.)

One of my favorite locations. Great place to browse, get coffee, and escape for a while.

We took my 80 year old father there to get a new Nook. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They helped him get it setup right in the store. Elizabeth helped us so much and made it a pleasant experience.
