The food is 😍😍😍 and zesty in fact. They don’t miss a tune and service is spot on. Food decor and presentation deserves 5 stars and portions are alright. The menu seems to be thoughtfully put together however prices are higher than what is served. Def worth a try for those that are unfamiliar.

Great food, especially steak.
Finest restaurant in Philadelphia. The only others that come near to competing are Stephen Starr's other restaurants. But even then, no comparison. What a menu! Portions are perfect and service is the best I have found, ever. If you are a fan of Stephen Starr and what he has done, this is a must.
Beautiful interior and breathtaking tray ceiling.

I really liked all the food. Everything tasted amazing. I thought it was completely comparable to other steakhouses in Philadelphia but the cost was very high in comparison. Selecting a knife was cool up until they didn't really cut as well as I would expect.

This place has the best bone in filet. What a great experience. The bacon and cheese tater tots are unbelievable as well. Best steak in the city.

This is the best steak in the city hands down.

To make a long story short, I was having a bad day when I first tried Barclay Prime. I ate their food and it made my day better. This food has the power to turn your bad days into good ones and your good days into the BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE.

I have been trying to find good steak/BBQ in Philadelphia for years, and I am sorry to say - no one knows what they are doing out here with beef. Ask anyone born and raised in the midwest or south where to get good bbq in the city and watch the small single tear roll down their cheek as they look to the horizon. Because the situation in Philadelphia is dismal.

But I finally have a place I can go and get high quality meat prepared in a delicious way.

The most amazing food!!! The waitress was very very good and well rehearsed with the menu. Very good atmosphere. Pricey, but I do not mind when the quality of food is as amazing as the meal I ate. If you are looking for an amazing steak, this is your restaurant!

Probably the best steak you will ever have! Spring for the Japanese wagu ribeye, it's a religious experience in your mouth. While the cheese steak is a bit gimmicky it is worth the money if you're not in the mood for a traditional steak. Did I mention the popovers!?

Great space, modern library with couches not as stuffy as most steak houses. The food was outstanding as was the service. Of special highlight were the dry-aged NY strip and sides of tater tots, creamed spinach and shredded onions. We will be back, thanks!

This place blew me away! We dined at a table that had the most comfortable couches as seats. Our server was very knowledgeable of wine and the menu. We dined on the tomahawk and both east coast and west coast oysters. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THIS RESTAURANT!!!
