Erly was our server. We are a rowdy group and he didn't miss a thing!! Food was just amazing. First time I think I've cleared my plate.
Update
I went back to this place for dine in. Last time was a birthday party. We had two different servers. Not a big deal. But due to that we didn't get food we had order and always had to ask for drink refils. The pulled chicken sandwhich looked like it was pulled from a can. Although the bones that I got within the first two bites! I didn't eat no more of it. Even the Manger didn't have a clue. He said they are terribly busy but there was maybe 4 tables with two people at them. My table that had 8 people and another party table (not sure how many) plus 3/4 tables with 3 people at them. I use to be a waitress, I know what busy looks like and having about 10/15 tables empty is not being busy. Also the second waitress that we got we heard her tell the other stuff "did you all show up to watch me work?"
Not a place I would ever go back to!!
I hate going out to eat!! Fast food or dine in. Nobody working there seems to care about the customer's. They are simply there for the pay check!
Gave 2 stars because second waitress cared. Wish I would of got her name. Those stars are for her!! Only her!!
Food okay. Good selection of sauce. Decore heavily worn looks like truck stop. Staff unrefined.
Good service the food the first night had not so tender ribs. We went the next night and the ribs were great. The chicken and sausage very tasty all the side dishes we good
Excellent BBQ and excellent service to match. Almost ate myself into a meat coma. Also if any southerners are looking for great sweet tea our waitress we had from South Carolina really knows how to make it.
The BBQ is very good. Our server was also excellent. She let us take home the sweet tea. Knocked it one star because the kitchen was slow. Took over 50 min to get our food. We did come on a busy night though.
Came here for lunch on a Wednesday, & just beat the crowd. Great wait staff, & the food is fantastic & well priced. Would like a bit more variety in sauces.
Worst experience I have ever had eating at Bandana's or eating out in general. The cooks, which you can see clearly behind the counter, wiped their noses while touching food. This happened several times. The cooks grabbed sausage links are started hitting each other with them, before serving the sausage. One of the cooks started eating food off of one of the plates waiting for the wait staff to pick it up. One of the waitress was talking to another waitress and laughing about how a new waitress quit because she said someone was pretending to use sausage sexually and she was offended. We waited 45 minutes for our food while the wait staff stood around. I was so diagusted I couldn't eat it! Our waiter, Chris, was the only redeeming quality. We used to love this place, but we never be going back!!!!
We went here during NWMSU's parent's weekend, finding the place on a random 'google search', looking for barbeque. We will definitely be back!!!! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The restaurant is a medium size and the tables were comfortably situated from one another that you could have a nice conversation without being distracted by surrounding noise. I loved - LOVED that we didn't feel rushed through our meal to vacate a table quickly. We decided that this must be a "hidden gem" in the area, because even at 6 p.m. on a Saturday night, we were seated and served immediately. Husband had the beef platter, daughter and I had pork ribs, all of it was delicious. Apparently made fresh every day, as our waitress did report that sometimes they run out of pork ribs, so if that's what you're wanting, maybe call ahead. It was fantastic!
Much improved since my last visit a few years ago. Had pork platter dinner portion. 9 oz of meat. It was plenty, tender and juicy. Hope this is the norm
Frankly it's to bad the stars , don't go in the reverse . But we ate there in the middle of the day. The first thing I found odd was the fact that their motto was Smell That Smoke , but we couldn't smell any smoke when we walked up to the front door or sat down. Service was great , and I don't blame the waitress . But my first question was . " Is the food smoked daily and is it fresh . ? " " Oh Yes ! " was her reply. Not the case at all . food wasn't fresh nor was it prepared that day . And in fact lacked any real smoke flavor at all . We spoke the manager and he did offer to comp the meal, which we declined , and as well offered to get us fresh food. My question was why didn't that happen when we ordered and how can it be fresh if your smokers aren't even going ? Wish I could've up loaded my pics..but we did drive around back and the smoker weren't going and they barely had any wood . If you smoke fresh daily and this was in the middle of the week why wouldn't you have a stack of wood , not to mention your words and claim..And that is " everything is smoked daily and cut to order right off the smokers ". So my recommendations are , like most chain places is the quality goes out the window , so don't waste your time or money , look for a different BBQ place to eat .
Reasonably priced and taste incredible. Love the multiple options on BBQ sauce.
The nachos had been microwaved. Instead of nacho cheese they used shredded cheese and then had to microwave it to melt it. Horrible!!! The ribs were very dry as well. The fried green beans were soggy. And this food was VERY expensive.
The food absolutely melts in your mouth. The service was outstanding. Would highly recommend eating here.
Good food. Good prices. Good atmosphere. Staff is great. I love to stop in when passing through town.
