The Bonnie Brae is not only the perfect spot for a romantic mountain getaway, it is also a great place to stay if you have dogs that travel with you. In addition, the owner thinks of everything -- he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring that you have a comfortable, trouble-free visit. I am already planning my next mini-vacation there. Highly recommended!

The Bonnie Brae Cabin is great; it has all the comforts of home without having to take everything with us. The cabin has two bedrooms which worked out great for us. It is fun watching the squirrels and birds on the deck. The cabin is close to Endless and Luray Caverns which were nice and cool even during the summer. I enjoyed the local antique stores and the little book store on the corner. The Southern Kitchen Restaurant has peanut soup which we had to try and it is really good. In the evenings we enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch in the hammock and playing games. It wasn't cold enough to have a fire but there is a fireplace and firewood. We will definitely go back.
