We had to bring in our poor little Venkman🐱 who was in the final stages of kidney failure and needed to be euthanized. All of the staff was very compassionate and supportive. Needless to say both my boyfriend and I were a mess since we had to let go of a beloved pet. We did not feel rushed, or that our baby wasn't given the best amount of care possible. Two weeks later we received a card in the mail with a hand written message consoling us over the loss of our Venkman. There was also a short meaningful story folded inside. I have been to McClave in Reseda many times and the staff there is distant and uncaring. After my experience with this vet I wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤

Staff was very kind and helpful, though after a bit of research, I saw I was terribly overcharged for an x-ray.

Reasonable and qualified. Lots of parking. The room was hot. In a warm way. That wasn't fun. Stuffy.

What can I say, they extended my dog's life. I am very happy with the staff. Very friendly. Would go back there again and again.

I recently got a 12 week old kitten, Blue. He is so special to my family. It is our first pet together so we are quite new at this. As nervous as i was to find a vet i called around to several places in the area and when I called this hospital they were immediately kind, compassionate and very helpful. We took him there for his first visit and he loved the experience with Dr. A. As my girlfriend put it the doctor was a "kitty whisper". Just today actually, we had to take him in because he was very lethargic and didn't want to move much last night after a bath. I was so worried, but i called the clinic this morning and they got him right in and took such good care of him. Also were very understanding as far as payment went. They use a Care Credit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! they are so friendly and make you feel at ease during difficult situations
