Small place but popular. Staff is friendly and helpful for new customers who don't know how to order. Prices are great for fresh made cookies, but obviously it takes 10-15 minutes to get your order since they're not started until you order.

Its sad that most of the negative reviews on this page looks like there from upset employees. Baked is a wonderful place filled with amazing staff!

Was excited to send these to someone as a gift, but unfortunately they didn't receive exactly what I ordered and the gift recipient stated they didn't seem freshly made. Kinda disappointed on the first order, but will give them another try. The person that took my order was very kind. Store credit was offered for incorrect item received. Much appreciate the effort to make things right!

I finally tried Baked! for the first time last week after having heard that their pre-made cookies aren't great and am so glad I did. Their custom cookies come to you hot and melty and I'm so grateful that they have both a gluten free and vegan dough option (along with soy milk). Would be even better if there was a gluten free AND vegan dough option, as well as vegan friendly icing.
The atmosphere is overwhelming and doesn't feel particularly clean, but they are changing locations soon and this may change. Service was friendly and although the cookies aren't cheap, the custom cookies are a worthwhile experience. Definitely give them a try!report this review -

It was fun to make my own cookie and the guy waiting on me was friendly. I do regret my decision to add toffee to my cookie- it was super hard to get out of my teeth. Better prices than I expected.

Blueberry oatmeal white chocolate chip is on a whole other level ! Highly recommended this place it truly is one of a kind and has endless amazing delicious possibilities.

TOO SWEET. We'd love to love you. We've been in different times and tried different bases/toppings and always end up with a headache. It's unfortunate that the sugar is overwhelming in the cookies - no flavor layers.

We got a big assortment of cookies there to take to a big annual party.
They have an endless varieties of ways to fix cookies. And they were all good. Maybe even real good. But, honestly, we did not think they were great! And they were not cheap. By all means, give them a try. Perhaps you'll be knocked out by them.report this review -

A treat for your sweet tooth! They have a lots of different mix-ins. So, be sure to try different combinations in your custom cookies! Moreover, It's a perfect spot to hang out with your loved ones! Really like their idea and I'd definitely recommend to try baked!
