Brad and his team have demonstrated integrity and it's obvious how much pride they have in their work. Their team does a great job at diagnosing and explaining any of my car problems in an easy to understand way. Baier's Auto Time now has all of my family's auto-repair business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto-repair shop.

Brad and his brother did an awesome job! My Jeep was shipped back over from England where they did a “light conversion.” After numerous electrical issues which eventually lead to the Jeep not starting, Brad was able to diagnose all the areas that were affected by the “light conversion” and fix it days prior to a few month long work trip. Once I came back and hopped into the Jeep it started up like new.

Found Baier's Auto Time online. Set an appointment for this morning, met Brad at the shop. I could not be more impressed. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend! Will use them again!

Helped me out big time. Had car trouble on the way to pick up my kid and they helped me out with a quick fix for free. I intend to do all of my automotive business through Baiers in the future!

We were here on vacation when our 2015 a/c went out! We went here because of the reviews. Needless to say, the weren't wrong! They explained the reasons why the issues happened & demonstrated with parts they had in display. Then the proceed NOT TO CHARGE us because for for the inspection because they couldn't help us within the allotted time we had left on vacation!!! They told us what to look for in a mechanic in order to keep our vehicle manufacture warranty! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!! I wish were had more time, because for that type of service I'm willing to pay! These guys are GREAT!!!!

They said I needed my rotators sanded down with new brake pads. I told them I didn't hear the brake indicators and I already had a friend who can do that for me for cheap being as I just spent over $800 on tires I couldn't afford another $600 for brakes and rotator work. I ended up smelling something shady and after I got my truck back a few days later I took my truck to my friend, and as I thought the brake pads were low but nothing was wrong with rotators. So basically they lied and are con artists. When I left there they had a snide attitude because I refused to believe them on the rotators and wouldn't you know it took them 3 more days just to put on my tires and 3 weeks after I left there my transmission broke down. Was said there was brass in the transmission. I would say don't go here.

We were in Fort Walton on vacation, our car air conditioner started going out and draining water into the car. Mr. Baier took us right away, explained what was wrong and how to use the air conditioner correctly - we had only had our car for 10 days. We are so thankful for the kindness of strangers and the true southern hospitality shown to us by this family owned business. Thank you and My God continue to bless y'all!!

I had my car repaired here last month. They did an awesome job and explained to me clearly what needed to be done to my car. I recommend anyone who is stationed at Hurlburt Field to avoid the on-base Firestone car repair. Firestone tried over charging me for stupid stuff anyways I recommend everyone to check out this repair shop. thanks.

If there was 10 stars, Brad would deserve all 10. He's simply the best. He took care of several issues in the front and rear suspension of my 2004 Volvo XC90, including things done wrong by another repair shop. Brad will get all of my future business

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service that I received during the month of Feb and Mar 2016 from Brad and his team of professionals. Brad briefed me on services provided and had many visuals up in the shop to better acquaint not only me but customers on major operating parts of an automobile. The shop was clean and maintained professionally. The staff was always busy servicing vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking first class professional service! Keep up the good work and I will definitely be brining my other vehicles to this shop for servicing in the future. The vehicle they serviced was my 2006 Volkswagen Passat 2.0T. This shop gives you piece of mind and I would highly recommend it to women who need to feel at ease and not intimidated by an auto repair shop. This is the shop I would recommend to my wife if repairs were needed and I was out of town.
