I'm very satisfied with the service and extremely happy for the additional car-wash service (no charge)! The salesman, Sean, still remember me (I bought my car one year ago), that makes me quite surprise and feel good. Overall, nice guy and good/efficient service.
Routine service, with addition of replacing air bag. turn signal and fuse. Greeted by name with smiles, and work was done quickly and efficiently. The service waiting area is comfortable, with high tables as well as couches, and WiFi. I highly recommend BMW of Ann Arbor.
Bought a used vehicle from them. I was told it had absolutely no problems. Concealed paint damage, which exposed after a couple of car washes. Discovered more problems within the first month and they told that i still have to pay money (150$ - price of the diagnostic tool BTW) for even running the diagnostics. Never going back there again. Its been 9 months, worked on the car myself and I still own the car.
From the time I walked in the door everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Jane Ma, Jim David, and Ray Borg for a great buying experience. As long as I am driving BMW's, BMW of Ann Arbor has a loyal customer.
Provided great service and quick while I waited service. Only drawback is how far out you have to schedule service visits.
This is a review of the service department. Went in for an airbag recall, scheduled 2-weeks in advance. Unbeknownst to me, the service person clipped the front mudflap on a lift while pulling car into service bay, and knocked it loose. After airbag recall was performed, they told me everything was set and good to go. I had noticed that the tech was working near the front wheel and asked if it was related to the airbag, at which point they confessed that they had damaged the car and repaired it. Even at a quick glance, I could see it was still loose, and that a plastic rivet had popped out. Clearly annoyed, they complained that the mudflap was not installed properly in the first place, even though it had been secured on the car for 10+ years... They hurriedly and begrudgingly reattached the mudflap using a self-tapping screw instead of the original hardware. No apologies for damage to car were made. No notes were made on service ticket until I requested that it be noted. Some integrity and professionalism would have gone a lot longer in this case than the free coffee and snacks.
I left a bad review based off a bad experience for the parts department previously and Dale was very quick to rectify the issue and gave me a personal call. I appreciate this kind of leadership in a place as they do actually care what their customers think and say. My confidence has been restored that they will try to do a good job, and fix their mistakes.
Professional, efficient, comfortable and no pressure. Sales staff were very considerate and pleasant to deal with. They did a great job of answering all of my questions and concerns and were very respecting of my time.
Jane Ma was exceptional in personal service. Answered all of my questions. Stayed involved throughout the purchasing process and great follow up. I know she's there for me if I need anything in the future. That's a good feeling and adds real value to the customer service experience at BMW Ann Arbor.
I've worked with Derek West on the service needs for my BMWs for several years, and he is phenomenal. He absolutely knows the 'what' and 'why' and is willing to take the time to explain the details thoroughly. I always want to understand specifics, and over the years Derek has become a trusted confidant for me in this regard. When you interact with him, it’s clear he enjoys what he does, and he has earned his trusted status with me time and time again.
Derek used all the three As in customer satisfaction: Acknowledge , Assist and Appreciate (Kroger INC, 2016). I was pleasantly welcome, took care of all my concerns and genuinely thanked me for choosing their company . He also offer to drop the loaner car personally if I ever decide to do all the services they recommended on my BMW 740i. Wonderful shopping experience that will bring me back.
I am Yemi. O.O , and I approve this message.
I didn't realize how passionate people who work at BMW dealerships are about BMW's. I've purchased a lot of cars in my time, but have never run across someone who cared more, and knew more about the car I was purchasing than Sean. Extremely obvious that here is a guy who knows the line of cars, and absolutely loves to teach and show people how great the car is. Absolutely loved the experience. Nice Job Sean, you made me a believer and a permanent BMW convert.
I was greeted promptly when I arrived and checked in smoothly. My loaner car was available as promised and was pristine and ready to go. My car was serviced most expertly - the problem I attributed to multiple causes was a single cause which, when fixed returned my car to its marvelous fun-to-drive self. The other maintenance it was due was performed as well at that time, saving me another trip in for that. When I came to pick it up (in a hurry, as it happened that evening), my service manager had it ready to go with the heat on and the seat nice and warm. Also, it was beautiful - washed and vacuumed inside. I love my car, this dealership, and couldn't have asked for better service. Marvelous!!
Great customer service team! I think they are the best in the town, and I say this since I've visited other dealerships in the town - Audi, Mercedes, Subaru, Volvo/ Mazda, Honda and Lexus. BMW is a top notch in quality, standards, workmanship and customer satisfaction. They take extremely good care of their customers as well as their jobs. I'd recommend them highly to anyone who is interested to get a BMW.
