Tried to exchange coins for bills. Probably a 5 minute thing to do. Couldn't help me because I wasn't a curremt customer. Drove to a separate bank helped me no problem. Stay way from this place. I don't know how they expect to get new customers if they won't help anyone new.

Called at 12:01 pm on a Saturday to make a transfer to another member's account. After ignoring the call for 20 seconds, an annoyed woman answers and asks me how she can help, and after I explain I need to do something that would take 2 minutes, she tells me to call the customer service line, which was unable to help me. So much for "the BMO affect" and great customer service! Getting out of work at noon on a Saturday is way more important to these rude employees. If I could rate a zero I would. 🖓

Do not bank here. I had been considering switching to M&I on Segoe Rd because it would've been very convenient. However, when I arrived there to set up my account the receptionist failed to acknowledge me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I initiated the interaction by explaining my intention to open a knew account. The woman was rude and right away I knew these were people I would NOT trust with my money and quite frankly wanted nothing to do with. Bottom line, this was the most unprofessional institution I've ever considered doing business with. If you like good, friendly customer service I would strongly urge you to avoid M&I bank on Segoe Rd. AVOID!!!!!
