BUYER BEWARE:

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Establishment!!!! The showroom experience was very pleasant, and the sales rep was knowledgeable. Unfortunately,the follow up was about as poor an experience as possible.

After being given the run-around for weeks with half the money down and poor follow-up, I requested a refund before the installation was done. There are other providers who know how to speak to people that are actually PAYING THEM FOR A SERVICE AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is especially true when you permit someone into your home. This group unfortunately acts like they're doing you a favor. If you enjoy rude and arrogant this is the place. If you enjoy Simple, Basic, Respect when someone enters your home, avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had!

This was the most offensive experience I've ever encountered with a contractor. Anyone can have a bad day, but this was inexcusable.

Look someplace else. This place is likely less-expensive. They were when I did my estimates. It's a case of Buyer Beware because all they did was hold my money and waste weeks of my time during a trying time for family while trying to be ready for an important Family Christmas.

We were looking forward to the family fireplace in time for the holidays. The Fireplace LTD cost us that.

Called to get service for my gas fireplace. The gentleman who answered helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and was able to walk me through the fix. Saved me a service call for an easy solution. will absolutely use them for future service.

Fire Place LTD, is the distributor for PGS (Caddy) wood furnaces. I have had 2 of them for three years. Gary Boelter (Fireplace Rep) said I was starting and refueling the furnaces improperly and my warranty is void. Voiding a warranty on junk is OK with me. No answers, just animosity for $10,000. Buy a homemade barrel stove, it at least works.

I am admittedly a miser and did a lot of shopping around before finding the Fireplace. Once I did, I was very pleased with the selection, price and service. I picked a unit with a salesperson, and upon inspection and measuring with their field service team I was convinced to go with a Cozy Heat unit. The new choice has been fabulous. I picked a frame which did not cover my gap between the drywall and the unit. They graciously took back the old frame and helped me find a new one which looks great. It has worked flawlessly. Thanks Fireplace guys!

We visited the store 3 weeks before Christmas. Of course we wanted to have our gas firelogs inserted before Christmas but were told it would be 4-6 weeks before we could have this inserted. They called less than a week later and said they would be in the area. They came in and in less than 2 hours we had our fireplace glowing! We had our fireplace for Christmas! We had an absolutely great experience with this company and would recommend them without reservation!!

Everything started fine however the salesman evidently made multiple mistakes when quoting our builder. Instead of coming clean he promised to make it right. In the end he significantly shorted us what was agreed upon. He took advantage of the fact that the proposal went through the builder and then the builder didn't help either. I would not recommend this company (or my builder for that matter). It's really not asking too much to just be treated fairly. I couldn't believe he lied like he did and his managers didn't step up either. Not good.

John guided us through the perfect selections at the showroom. He was patient and professional, answering extensive questions. As for actual installation, the three craftsmen were professional and efficient, creating an 18' stone fireplace in our living room. Every time I look at their stone work, I , am and pleased to see the logic of their aesthetic choices -- there is a harmony and sense of pride evident in their arrangement of colors and finish work. Highly recommended company!
