Bigfoot bike shop had a really great deal on a bicycle I had my eye own for a while. The person who owns the Bike Shop is incredibly nice patient and experience. The bikes are more than you would expect if you're looking for entry-level bike riding bikes. But still comparative you will be saving money going here.

Bike repairs are a good price and you even get a coupon off on your first bike tune up, if you purchase a bicycle there. The hours are good I'm able to pick up my bike typically at the end of the day if in need of repair or get any parts that I need at a decent time! He even does follow up calls which I think is pretty cool.

All in all an excellent bike shop that I will definitely be going to as a regular customer. Attached is a picture of my bike I freaking love it!I

Built my Roller Skate Blocks. I'm infinitely pleased. They even remember my Birthday.

Just purchased a really nice SE Hefe there today for a great winter season price. The shop is clean and well organized. They've got a solid selection of bikes that you can test ride if you leave your Milwaukee driver's license and a credit card. I dealt directly with the owner, and he was a genuinely nice guy who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various bikes I was interested in. This place was very down to earth and wasn't condescending or snide like some bike places can tend to be. I'm happy I heard about Bigfoot Bike and Skate; it's the first place I'll go from now on for bike stuff. Took my new ride for about a 4 mile spin earlier and it's awesome, just what I was looking for!

Huge selection of bikes and skateboards and when I say huge supply it's a lot of stuff. Knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you find what your looking for. The prices are actually good for a independent shop.

Very awesome store/staff. My gears were randomly changing and my back tire was flat so I took it in and received a price and time-frame for both. Now my bike rides perfectly and the cost was very low. The bike tech even stayed open an extra 10 minutes because I was late driving back from up north. I highly recommend taking your bike here.

I'm so happy and impressed with my bike tune-up from Bigfoot! It's infinitely better than tune-ups I got from another SE bike shop I went to for 10 years prior. I feel like I have a new bike with such a smooth ride, no catching in the gears anymore, less strain on my knees & I can ride further than last year. Quite the magic on an older Trek hybrid! Thank you!

I got a flat tire on an old bike recently and I went to Bigfoot because it was the closest (I had to walk my bike) and because I needed it fixed ASAP (it was my transportation to work). I wanted a new tire but without asking me he put on a used tire that someone had left there selling me something that cost him nothing for $10. He made it seem like he saved me ten dollars and at the time and I thought well if it works great. I just wanted my bike fixed. Less than a week later however I got another flat tire. There was a huge hole in the tire. I took it back ended up giving him another $40 ($70 in total!) to fix it again. 5 days later on my way home from work I got another flat tire. Apparently he didn't even replace the used tire he sold me that now had a huge hole in it, he merely replaced the inner tube! I couldn't believe it! 3 flat tires in less than 2 weeks. I felt taken. I was understandably upset. I would recommend never getting your bike repaired at Bigfoot. This guy is terrible!!! Instead take your bike to Ben's Cycle's on Lincoln. The service is faster, its a lot cheaper and the selection is huge. I just wish I went there first. I could have saved myself $70 Well now at least I know better.
