Wow!!! I'm amazed with Ben's service. Excellent customer service and precise arrival time. He was very informative from beginning to end. Always touching base as well forwarding any and all information that I requested. I was very much impressed. He's skilled and professional and even comes to you're home. Instead of the rigmarole of setting at a shop location for hours. If you need service with you're TDI Volkswagen or any other service needsBen is you're guy! It's nice to find an honest mechanic that actually follows through with the initial statement! All is not lost there is still humanity with morals on plant earth!!!!

Worked with Ben, absolutely great and knowledgeable gentleman. Not only did he have the patience to answer my 100 and 1 questions but when it came down to time for service he not only came to me but executed it in a very professional and kind manner. I would highly recommend getting your TDI serviced at this location.
