I live in Santa Barbara and needed to buy some Subaru Oil filters. I needed an oil change but couldn't get an appointment on line. I just happened to walk in and ask if there was a small chance and Paul offered to make it happen.. I was even able to get my tires rotated. I didn't mind the wait as I had my computer and they have wifi inside. He came back to tell me that my wipers were done. The last Subaru place that was not in Ventura missed it on my big 90,000 mile check so not going back there again. This is first rate. I have had really good experiences. Long, long ago in the way back machine of the early 2000's I didn't have this experience but it is worth it and I will continue to come to Ventura for all my services.

Mr. Francisco is still the best!
Though I purchased the car a year ago, I reflect so positively upon Francisco's service. I shopped around several Subaru dealers. Francisco NEVER PRESSURED, threw all the possible discounts in, all weather mats and cross bars too!
I bought a '16 Forester in white. It was slightly used (1k miles) as the dealership's courtesy car. A month after purchase, drove it 2,000 miles to Minnesota. Needless to say, AWD is EVERYTHING in the snow, rain and more.

I recently bought a certified 2013 Subaru Outback from Kirby's with the help of Francisco Vazquez. It was my first experience buying a used car. He was very professional and helpful. I have been driving the car for a couple of weeks now and am so happy with it's performance. I would highly recommend Kirby and especially Francisco.

Finally was able to make an appointment to get my recalled airbag serviced. While telling me the only available appointment is 3 months out, the front desk girl was extremely rude on the phone while booking my appointment. I wouldn't go here, but unfortunately its the only place I can get the recall serviced in the area.

Purchased a new 2017 Crosstrek after much research and test drive. I drove all the different makes and models . I researched reviews and consumer reports. I spent several Saturdays talking turkey at tiny desks. I couldn't get straight answers , then I went to Subaru. I met Bob And Alex and they wanted questions. They obviously had more in depth product knowledge that they gave freely and friendly. Alex was very helpful on interior features I had not researched fully and it all makes sense. We talked paddle shifter, double wishbone suspension , all wheel drive and entertainment systems . It's been a week driving 60 miles a day on the PCH and I have zero regrets and can recommend the car and the dealer as they just made it easy . I got a great car at a fair price , feels like a win.

I bought a Subaru Outback at Kirby Subaru during the Labor Day weekend. Francisco Vazquez worked with me to pick the ideal car for me and my family.
The following day my neighbor used his car to add character (scraped paint off the rear bumper) to my car. Francisco went and above and beyond to help us get a quote and have my car touched up.

Two thumbs up to Jordan French. Told him up front that we didn't want to talk price--we just wanted a little intro to the Subaru brand. He totally honored our request and wasn't pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions. Got to take a test drive as well.

Brought my 2010 Forester here yesterday because my radiator was leaking. Troy was my service advisor and he was efficient at checking me in, and then calling me later the same day with a quote. I was given a loaner - happy that was also a Subaru!! My car was ready this morning so I came to pick up right away. Troy had noticed that my husband is active duty military and secured me a discount!! I really appreciate that so thank you so much Kirby Subaru for your fast service and for supporting our military!!

I pretty much knew I was going to get a Forester and had my sights on a specific one online. I was hesitant to go look at the car waiting for some pushy salesman to come annoy me but I pleasantly surprised. Alex helped me out, took time to show me the car and was very informative. They gave me a deal I could not refuse and were willing to work with my needs as well. The process was easy, but not rushed. Alex helped me pair my phone and go over all these new features that my old car didn't have also letting me know I can come back to talk to him should I have further questions. You can't ask for more.

I really cannot say enough about how painless, but rather enjoyable the process was to get into a new Subaru from Kirby in Ventura. Francisco & the rest of the team were attentive, polite and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was truly getting the best vehicle for me & that I was leaving a happy, satisfied customer. I'm really excited about joining the Subaru family & am so proud to be driving a new Outback!
