B&T delivered our vision for our primary bathroom remodel. Our designer, Marcia, was dedicated, attentive, and would not settle until my husband and I were ecstatic about every last detail. Marcia picked up on our design esthetic immediately and made planning fun. She was our advocate and truly wanted us to be happy. The entire team at B&T are talented and hardworking. Thank you to Bob, Jerry, and David for your skillful contributions. We look forward to working with B&T for our next project.

I hired B and T kitchens and baths to remodel my kitchen, guest bath and wet bar. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and their professionalism. Bob always responded in a timely manner to all of my phone calls, text messages and emails. Each member of the team was courteous and polite and excelled at their job. All three of my remodel project turned out fantastic! I would highly recommend this company for remodeling.

B&T did a compete bathroom remodel, making the bathroom larger and installing fixtures from Ferguson and Vinyl flooring/shower tile from Floor and Decor. Additionally, an upgrade to our ground floor outdoor space with cabineti, electrical outlets, granite counter, outdoor fridge, ceiling fan, and Oasis ceiling to collect rain and gutter to yard. Ashley West was extremely attentive and professional. Her chosen general contractor, David was professional and does quality work. We wished his pace was a little faster but did not want to sacrafice quality and a quality job is what he did.
We ran into several issues along the way, like all remodels.but they where handled with poise and responsiveness.
THe only disappointment was the chosen glass door/knee wall installer for the shower. They should not have measured until satisfied with the tile work. Unresponsive, David was able to fix their dificiency and now the shower glass is perfect.

I had Ashley work with me for my master bathroom remodel, and she just got me! From our first meeting until the very end, she paid attention to my tastes and my needs and came up with a bathroom even better than I could have imagined. Her team, including main contractor Bob, were amazing and there for me every step of the way.
In fact I loved them so much that I then hired them for my kitchen remodel, and again was blown away!
I have since recommended them to everyone I know and cannot wait to do my next project with them one of these days

My husband and I remodeled our kitchen in Norfolk, Virginia this past fall. B&T Kitchens and Baths was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so pleased we hired them. Ashley West, a talented designer, created our dream kitchen! If we wanted it, she found a way. Her team was professional and courteous. I cannot wait to bring them back for future work!
