These guys are awesome! After waiting 2 hours for AAA to unlock my car, we gave up and called them. They showed up within 10 minutes and got it unlocked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional. I was unhappy with the replacement key fob as all it will do is crank the car in the ignition. The fob is beat up and has holes. I was not informed that if I found the original key it would no longer work. When a negative review was written the man began text harassment and name calling. Use at your own risk.

No showed up so I had to call someone else to unlock my car when I originally called at 11:19pm. Didn't even answered back when I texted them at 1:08am. I'm sorry but I will not do business with them in the future.

this place was horrible. i called and waited for about five hours just to get informed that the service that was supposed to go to me went to some other random person who somehow had my same name and same phone number. doesn’t make sense. was told that the supervisor was going to call me multiple times and waited for about two hours for them to just never call. still locked out of my car with exams in the morning at 7 am. it’s 12 am. if you want good service call somewhere else. 911 was no help either … at all

Lost the keys to my truck on a Saturday. I was told by the truck Dealership that it would be weeks, if not months, for new keys because of a chip shortage, etc!? The Dealership recommended Eastway Lock and Key who, when I called, was backed up and could only dispatch help later in the week. I called around town and came across 24hr Discount who said he would be to my location in 45 minutes. In less than 2 hours I was serviced with 2 new keys and a remote start fob! And he saved me some money compared to other quotes I was given. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend!
