  When I called advanced restoration about my fridge leaking in my kitchen the young lady I spoke with was very professional. She let me know that someone would be coming out to go over the evaluation and possibly set up equipment. They dealt hands on with my insurance company and we’re able to get everything put back in my home the way it was within a timely manner.

  Had a pipe leak into my living room which caused mold growth. Shelby took my initial phone call, she was professional, able to answer the few questions I had and let me know that the next step would be to talk to Miguel. From having the technicians come out, to dealing with the insurance adjusters to the put back of my home It was smooth sailing and had few bumps. Would definitely recommend.

  Came home to a flood pouring from the bathroom Turned out to be the toilet supply line. I thought we could clean up in the morning after shutting the valve but the laminate floor in my bedroom was literally floating, squishing. I knew if it didn't get dried quickly I could end up with Mold. My wife googled flood company in Coral Springs and called. It was 8pm but Miguel answered the phone and listen to my story and sent to gentleman that night were able to clean up the standing water and set up a few fans and 2 dehumidifiers. They were in and out in an hour and came the next morning to assess things. The water had gone into the hallway as well and that floor was removed as well.
  They used meters and only removed areas that had water under it. I had heard night mares of people getting over charged and making a huge job out of a small one. But this wasn't the case. Bio and his crew were super nice and simply went step by step while giving us an education on the dry out process. I wish we didn't have the flood but these guy did the right thing. They dealt with the insurance directly and even the adjuster said it was rare to see a company not over demo some ones house. We lucked out. They are doing the build back and even this has been a quick process. Thanks to Miguel and his quick response and momentum the job was contained and stabilized the same night, we received an education the following day and top level communication throughout the process and the rebuild. Definitely would recommend them at least for jobs at this level. Thanks again.
