Completely misleading on price and didn’t speak English. A gel polish manicure & regular polish pedicure ended up costing me 100. Shocking and horrible all they did was talk in another language the entire time. Instead of paying attention to what they were doing and I could actually relax and enjoy myself. Customer service is everything in a beautiful spa and they’re seriously lacking

We have a 2 year old and when we sat down he was upset and moving around a bunch so we were finding things to keep him occupied. Literally 2 seconds after sitting the lady huffs and says she won't be able to do his haircut like this. It was literally 2 seconds. Patience is a virtue but not present at this location. We proceeded to get up and head to the door; only to have the hairdresser follow us and talk about us to the front desk. We will never be back, ever.

Good but exspensive!! They charge for having ur nails shaped n they didn’t even shape them they just did a fill in!!! But they good if u don’t mind breaking ur pockets n you got it go for it! And very roungh n aggressive on your toes they will be hurting n cut up by the time u leave!!

Spa Atmosphere but Awful service. This place has the look but that is all it has to offer. Went here three times for waxing and nails. The waxing lady burned my skin on my brows and underarms. Despite telling her the wax was too hot. Went in a second time for a pedicure and that was ok but nothing special for the price I paid. My third visit was my last straw— worst manicure and gel polish ever. Go to Avalon or Pro Nails. This place is a joke

Horrible it never fails that they provide you cheap customer service for high prices had my eye lash extensions done with them (very expensive ) and they lasted 2 days. Made a mistake by going to them because they were closer than my usual at pushti eyebrows first and last time

My daughter had her nails done today and they were cut short and square not at all what she ask for. Her acrylics were lumpy and one hand was so bad. Today was her homecoming. They told her they would file and re paint but not redo them. Not at all what they promised on there web site. They took advantage of a 16year-old and lied.. Do Not Use..

Beautiful inside. However the technicians are rude and rush through your services! They need to be more gentle and relaxing while performing services for th prices they ask!!

~Update 5 weeks after original:
My friend went to fix a nail that broke a few days after initially getting hers done and they "could not find her in the system" to figure out who did her nails. She gave them her receipt and they figured it out. I went to fix 2 nails that were filed too thin and they couldn't find the guy who did my nails even though I kept pointing him out saying "I believe it was him over there." So they try to pretend they don't know who did your nails so they don't have to give you a fix. I'm starting to see why people get upset.
~Update 2.5 weeks after initially getting them done:
there were no chips or breaks or peels. The nail polish was starting to fade but I didn't use gel. Gel lasts longer. They even tell you that. I just got them refilled today with a different guy and he did a great job. In the pictures, the grey nails are mine and the pinkish nails are my friend's.

I got my acrylics done there a week ago and they still look great! I even did yard work and they didn't break. The nail polish isn't even faded or chipped.
They're not the most talkative people, but that's not what I'm there for. As long as the work they do is good, they don't need to talk to me if they don't want to. I'm not talkative either anyway.response / report this review -

As I'm sitting in a wonderful massage chair getting a relaxing pedicure, I thought what better time to share my experiences at Azulene. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone goes the extra mile to ensure your experience is truly enjoyable. I've never had a bad experience at Azulene. Everyone is very professional and makes you feel very special. The services I've enjoyed here are pedicures, nails and massages. If you're looking for a great, relaxing, stress-free experience, I would definitely recommend Azulene without hesitation.

My teen daughter went in for a full set of white tips. She received poor customer service from the time she walked in until the time she walked out. She was not properly greeted when she arrived and her nail tech hardly said a word. She even cut her during the process. She stated exactly what she wanted but received an extra service and was charged for it. She said she'd prefer to have them removed and go somewhere else to have them done over. She has no time to do so as her prom is days away. What a disappointment. Not to mention that her friend went in for blonde highlights for prom too and ended up with gray highlights. These services were not what was expected from this salon.

The building is gorgeous! Thats where the good experience ends. I was over due for a pedicure and decided to give them a try. I'm 9 months pregnant and wanted to treat myself before my baby comes! The prices are much higher than other places, probably due to "spa" being at the end of their name. Kevin did my pedicure and was very sweet, but he was extremely rough and I left with my toes hurting and my cuticles cut significantly. They were even bleeding during the pedicure. He was using the nail file to remove my cuticles instead of actually cutting them. I've had many many pedicures and never once left in actual pain. I decided that since I spent $45 on the pedicure and had such a bad experience I would contact them. They had me go in to "look" at my toes and tried to convince me that he was just doing a thorough job and that's why they were sore, even though it was obvious I had scabs on my cuticles from the cuts starting to heal. They decided to refund my money when it was obvious trying to convince me this was "normal" wasn't working, I never asked for my money back, that was their solution. The man (I'm assuming a manager) was so disrespectful the entire time. "This is our first time ever refunding money, once a service is provided it's over" basically degrading me for not being happy with their service. They had difficulty getting the machine to refund to my credit card and by this time there was a bigger group of employees standing around and of course staring at me for being the rude one unsatisfied with my sliced cuticles. Please save yourself the dissatisfaction and go somewhere else.
