  Every Avelo employee we met was great. HVN airport was never meant to sustain operations as big as Avelo wants and needs them to be, but everyone's trying their best.
  
  I think that the reservation system needs some upgrades and a Rewards program is a must. Sooner rather than later.
  
  I love their cancellation policy. I'm not a big fan of paying for every single thing system, but I do understand it based on their ticket prices.
  
  Their plane seats are comfortable for me, but I'm pretty sure that for someone bigger or taller it would be a problem. Plane cleaning needs to also improve. They don't offer any kind of complementary in-flight snacks like JetBlue, but they should consider selling them. When asked for, they will give you free bottles of water.
  
  I'm glad that we finally have an airline in HVN that is giving us great prices to so many destinations. They need to increase the flight frequencies to MCO, and add new flights to both Puerto Rico (SJU) and the Dominican Republic (any destination).

  So glad I discovered this airline. So small & does exactly what you need it to do…get you to places non-stop. I was in through checkin & security within 20 minutes. Don’t expect a huge waiting area at the gates with restaurants/bars everywhere. Just get on the plane & go!

  This was our very first flight with Avelo airline and it was value for money simple check In friendly staff and a clean plane it was pretty quick too no waiting on the run way. this is a budget airline so don’t expect food and snacks, but even for a budget airline the seats are very comfortable lots of leg room my wife said the bathroom was clean as well I fell a sleep 25 minutes into the flight lol we will definitely take the Avelo Again.

  Super easy and fast! Really friendly crew and cabin was comfortable. More than comfortable legroom in the +5 inch seats. We were on time and HVN was super easy.

  Fantastic first experience flying Avelo from New Haven to Baltimore this morning. Check in was so easy, TSA took very little time and the G Cafe in the waiting area was perfect! Super nice staff from the second you get out of your car. I tend to only fly delta from LGA but Avelo has me thinking I’ll choose Tweed more often now for the smooth and convenient experience.
