  Dmitriy was at our house the day after we reached out to him and quickly identified our problem with our Viking oven. He prioritized finding us the part that we needed and we were so glad because all other stores have this part on backorder from Viking. He was resourceful and found our part and saved the holidays for us! Will definitely use him again! Very professional, easy to half of the house, and friendly while skilled.

  Dimitri came to check out our viking stovetop gas leak and repair it. He was professional, explained everything he would do beforehand so there were no surprises, and was able to solve the issue for us. He was also generally a wealth of information that help us keeping our appliances running better, longer, which was really appreciated.

  Appliance repair can be so frustrating, but Dmitriy made our experience and repair so easy and stress free. He came in and knew exactly what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. He even gave our oven a quick peek to make sure it was looking good. A few hours after the repair, he checked in to see if the temperatures were going down and then followed up again the very next day. I love that he really did care. It's not often you find that kind of customer service. Thank you Dmitriy!!! We will definitely use this business in the future!

  If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable and reliable at appliance repairs, Alex is your guy!
  I called Viking Appliance Pros Denver when my dishwasher stopped cleaning dishes properly. Alex was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything in detail so I understood what is going on with my appliance. In about half an hour the issue was fixed and I got the dishwasher that is working great. Friendly and honest service. I would highly recommend these guys!

  Our Viking range stopped heating properly. I took a deep breath and called Viking Appliance Pros for help. Alex came out on a Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what part needs to be replaced. Then, he gave us an estimate and as soon as we approved it, Alex started his work. In about hour and a half, our range was repaired. We will definitely be calling them again if needed.
