  Terrible service. Never Lease an apartment from them. There are a lot of drug dealers staying in there. They create a lot of trouble when you try to move out of the apartment. If you ever had to break a lease, they say that would only charge you till your apartment is rented. Even though they rent your apartment they still keep charging you for the unit lying that it was not rented out.

  I have been leaving in this place for four years and I loveeee it. This place is awesome and exceptional maintenance service too. I would recommend Avalon Blue Hills to anyone .FANTASTIC place ! !!!

  We have lived here over a year now on a top floor apartment and have no complaints. There is always parking available, we never hear our neighbors, maintenance responds immediately. The grounds are immaculate and the staff in the office is very helpful. Only thing I will say is the trash area gets full (and overfills) too often. Also I've heard from others that if you live on the first or second floors you can hear your neighbors even if they are normal (not overly loud) so I don't think the floors are very soundproof.

  Love it here, but hate living here! Been here for almost a year and recently during the summer, the neighbors upstairs have no type of respect for whoever lives under them! Noise, loud music, running, jumping horrible!! I've been constantly complaining to the office but nothing is being resolved!!! Everyone in the office is wonderful, but helping my family out sucks....I don't know how many times I called the police about these people and yet another miserable month living here!!! I just want to move out to be honest!!!

  I have been a resident for 4 years and would not recommend this community to prospective renters. First the pluses:
  Top Notch maintenance, very responsive, and the grounds are well maintained from snow and ice and look beautiful. Now the minuses:. There is dog crap all over the lawns, the windows and doors are very cheaply made, wind comes right through them in the winter, toilets are constantly clogged. Rent increases are outrageous, I have spoken to no less then 10 tenants in the last year that are leaving because of the increases, when you leave they do everything possible to not to have to return your security deposit, they do not allow for normal wear and tear according to the clientele I have spoken to. Apartments look beautiful but are made very cheaply. Pipes freeze, flooding and damage to apartments. For the amount of rent charged to live here I would expect much more.

  I have been a resident of Avalon Blue Hills for over four years now. I am very pleased with all aspects of living here. You couldn't ask for a better management staff and maintenance crew. They truly go above and beyond for all of their residents. The grounds are meticulously maintained and I absolutely love all of the natural light within my apartment. I have read prior reviews about the noise levels from surrounding apartments, this is inaccurate in my opinion - I don't hear any noises from any of my neighbors unless I am just fortunate to have good neighbors, this has not been my experience. If they can maintain current rent payment levels while providing there superior attentiveness to the residents, I will stay as long as I can afford to.

  I have been a resident of Avalon Blue Hills for about 6 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very accommodating to all needs, specifically Marika who has always immediately attended to any and all proposed issues in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. The maintenance staff is on top of any work requests and continue to give updates if an issue persists. The gym, pool, and consistent shoveling and plowing during the winters are major benefits of living in this community. My only issues have been related to hearing neighbors through the walls, but this is an issue that exists within any apartment community. I absolutely recommend Avalon Blue Hills to any and all who are considering! The staff make this community a great place to live.
