I give them 1 star. The apartments are beautiful and it is a very safe place. I love the apartment we have. The only reason they get a star is for that reason. The office is HORRIBLE. I am leaving as soon as I get the Money to cancel my lease. The employees will tell you information that is not true and then you will be stuck paying for it. The staff is rude and they only care about getting your money. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live in a place with such an awful office.

Do not live in this Monopoly of an apartment complex. The internet gouging is ridiculous. The staff is the office is careless. The random maintenance people coming to our door about noise complains has happened twice. We told the office both times and they've done nothing. It only took 1 month to find out how horrible this place is and I'm glad my lease ends next month. I'm sure you've probably seen thing's about the walls being super thin, it's true. The second bedroom has insulation issues. If you get an apartment close to the freeway you will hear it all the time. The postal services never seem to want to deliver your packages to your home. It's just awful. It could be a wonderful place given the location and landscaping but it's far from that. The internet bulls*** is ridiculous. If I had known it would have been this bad I would have found a work around for it long time ago. Bloom internet is terrible. The customer service is non-existent. The only thing they tell you is, most issues you have is your fault. They should be sued and so should this apartment place for allowing such Monopolies. If I ever stay in the Midwest ever again in my life. I will definitely be making sure bloom internet is not a internet provider of the complex. DO NOT STAY HERE. Oh and office staff don't comment on my review with some pitty party copy paste response. You guy's don't have a f ing clue what you're doing here and it's apparent.

A great place to live, but you have to use their cable/ internet service. I currently pay $66 dollars a month just for internet and have a hard time streaming YouTube and Facebook videos. I wish there was another option.

My boyfriend recently moved in with me after living at ALA. When he moved out I made sure to go in and CLEAN everything. I've worked for cleaning companies that prep apartments before, so I know what to look for.
The only thing other than a few small nail holes, which according to the lease was not an issue, was a small stain (you'd have to look really hard to see it), and a few broken blinds. They took his entire $500 deposit and then had the audacity to say HE owes THEM on top of that for damages accrued. What a joke, considering rent was almost 800 a month for just 2 bedrooms.

Great place to live! My husband and I lived here for two and a half years and I have nothing bad to say about this place. There is a ton of storage space, beautiful vaulted ceilings, very open living spaces, and it is very well kept. The office and maintenance are on top of any requests or complaints usually within the same day and are always very friendly!

I would have given the complex 4 stars had it not been for maintenance STEALING money from my apartment recently. If you are willing to take the risk of maintenance entering your home when you are not made aware and stealing money from areas where they would have to snoop through your belongings by all means live here.

I've been staying in a top floor one bedroom end apartment here for over 2 years and I have no complaints with this place. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by the office staff. Being on the end of the block and on the top floor has its perks. It's more spacious than other non-end one bedroom and all two bedroom apartments. End of block apartments boast an extended, L-shaped living room. This living room has a huge arched ceiling as well as an arch window above the sliding doors to the balcony. This all makes the room look and feel much more spacious. The living room opens up over a breakfast bar into a large kitchen (oddly 2 bedroom apartments have smaller kitchens). I like the studio apartment feel it has. The only "rooms" in the apartment (i.e. they have doors) are the bedroom and bathroom. I also have extra windows in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I have no-one above me stomping around and neighbors only on one side of me and below me. I rarely hear my neighbors and even when I do it's very quiet. Also, in my case, the apartment's location relative to other blocks and being up on a hill gives me some of the best views in the complex. The grounds are maintained to a high standard and they have a lot of equipment for clearing snow quickly. The only snow I have to clear is off of my car (although I was offered a garage once but turned it down). Paths and roads are kept clear. I could go on but suffice to say I'm pretty happy with this place. I've considered moving to somewhere a little more expensive that would have a garage attached to the apartment but there's just too much I like about this place that I don't want to give it up. I think this is helped because I believe I have one of the best apartments.

These are the worst apartment I've ever stayed in the walls are paper-thin and management does nothing about the noise complaints. You can't play any ounce of Music otherwise you'll get a noise complaint. The maintenance staff was also very rude avoid this place at all costs I am a current resident here.
