Appreciate the 4 free oil change with my Jeep wave account but it shouldn't take almost 3 hours! If it was going to take this long they should give you a warning so I could arrange a ride home.

My experience with them was dishonest. I drove 100 miles out of the way to go see a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 that seemed to be very clean and straight in pictures on their website. But when I got there, their was a huge soft- ball sized dent in the front right fender (which was photoshopped out on the browning website), it pulled so hard to the right that I had to keep the steering wheel to the left the entire time I was driving the truck. The salesmen also had assured me that the truck had been looked over by they're tech team, not to mention the torque converter leaks ATF all over the inspection plate to the transmission. At the end of the drive and conversation the dealership still wanted 20k for it. Never have I ever been involved with a dealership that lied to me as much as this one nor would I ever refer anyone to this dealership.

Overall great experience. Brandyn was by far the best person that assisted us. He was genuinely nice and helpful, I was shocked since he wasn't your run of the mill car salesman. For 30 years we have purchased new vehicles and he broke the mold from what we have ever seen. Thanks again!

They were so sweet when I went in tho get a recall fixed on our car. Juan Garcia was friendly, kind, and professional as was Israel who picked me up in their shuttle so I could pick up my vehicle. We will definitely be bringing our car back here!!!!

well there sign out front said 0 down and easy financing. false advertising.1400.00we have to pay in 21days. and we had to jump around like trained seals for 2days . and maybe longer.i bought a car from car max 3mo.ago and did everything on the phone and the car was ready when i got there.they had a great big bow on it.i just had to sign the paper work.they wash and had gas and ready to go.our sales girl and the manger where very very nice to us at Browning Dodge. after that we had to jump when they told us and how high when they told us!!!

As always, friendly service (thanks again, Dirk) even when I show up without an appointment, with a long list of things to be done. Great communication with their findings. When I told them to take their time and do it right, they still managed to complete the work within a day of their estimate. I know dealer prices are higher than you can find elsewhere, but, when it comes to internal engine repair, I can only trust the factory techs with my vehicle. Browning is and will be my go-to for my Wrangler.

Everyone from the cashier to service to sales are extremely nice and courteous. Dealership is clean, and they approach each customer with respect. I've been coming here for over a decade now and am impressed each time I go in. Just recently bought a nice car for my son, a new driver, and the whole process went smooth as can be. Feel confident they live up to their word.

Took my vehicle for warranty work. Max was the person helping me. I appreciated the fact that he called right away to tell me the part would need to be ordered and we made an appointment once the part arrived. My repair went as scheduled and their appointment system worked very well. Great customer service. It is refreshing to be taken care of by people who are professionals. I bought my car at Moss but had a series of terrible experiences with their service department. I smile now when I drive past Moss to get to Browning. Thank you Max and Browning!

Didn't have time make an appointment. Drove in and ask for an oil and filter change. Ask if they could please take me home as I had things to do. Most happy to accommodate me. When done they called and I ask if they could pick me up and again no problem. Very courteous and polite. Jeep Renegade was done, washed and ready to go. Best of all N/C. First oil change is free. Made my day. I would recommend Browning to all my friends. I did my neighbor years back, maybe 3 years and he bought a Town and Country. Keep up the good work.

The service department was extremely busy when I arrived for my appointment for a recall repair on my vehicle. The dealership employees who received me and processed my work order were extremely fast and polite. They tested my vehicle in less than one hour and notified me that the recall repair would require me to leave my vehicle over night as well as providing me a courtesy ride both to my home as well as back to the dealership the following day. The repair work was finished ahead of schedule and my vehicle is much better to drive now. I would recommend this service department to anyone who requires any factory recall repair work done. Thank you!
