I had a great experience! Margret was beneficial getting my Honda Element back on the road on time and back to "like new" condition. Thanks Margret and the team at Autonation Collision!

I heard from AutoNation when I called to let them know I was having my car towed there to be fixed. I spoke to the person handling my repairs on the phone once and received an estimate of the scope of the work to be done and a completion date. I emailed back to thank them but the email address wasn't working. The completion date came and went without contact. I called the next day. Was told AutoNation was "almost done but had missed the alignment." Would be done the next morning. It wasn't. Was supposed to be finished on a Monday instead it was finished on Friday. Might have been ok if the driver that had hit me had returned his insurance companies calls promptly. But he didn't and I was without my car for over 30 days. I had only had the car for two months.
Picked the car up on Friday afternoon and asked if they had thoroughly checked everything. Was told yes. I specifically asked that the headlight and fog lights were working. Yes, they assured me they had personally checked. I asked about the headlamp washersyes, personally checked. Paint was rough on many spots but was assured I could take it back and it would buff out easily. Overspray on winshield also. Removed some of it. Should have seen e warning signs.
Got home, fog light not working, headlamp washers not working, windshield washer reservoir did not hold fluid, just poured out on my shoes, part to seal fender cavity from door cavity was missing, bottom of front air spoiler replaced with used part and not painted, and the wrong size tire was put on the car. One month and the car wasn't much better than after the accident. AND THEY HAD PERSONALLY CHECKED THOSE ITEMS AND TOLD ME THEY WERE WORKING. THEN CLAIMED THAT THEY PUT THE SAME SIZE TIRE ON THE CAR THAT THEY TOOK OFF! And said I had the wrong size tire on the car! My insurance company came to my office to verify the condition of the car and discuss options. Accident wasn't my fault so we opted to bring the car back to AutoNation. Had to bring car back that afternoon for them to fix everything that they had touched. Was a huge inconvenience because I was busy at work. Was rushing to get them car before they closed AND I REAR ENDED A JEEP! Perfect! Smashed every bit of the $5,000 in repairs that AutoNation had botched and did additional $8,500. Over the weekend I filmed the work that AutoNation had done and put it on my Facebook page. The car was drive able and there was a rental car waiting for me at AutoNation. Dropped off car and got rental. Tuesday morning AutoNation had viewed the videos I had on Facebook and called to tell me so AND to tell me that they had fixed my car, the damage was from my accident and they were not responsible for anything else and told me my rental car was cancelled and I was being charge for it. 👍😃 Thank you very much. I realize the damages after my accident were my responsibility, but clearly they had botched every repair on my car and had been paid for doing the work. And stood next to me and lied about checking all the repairs. Also, accidents happen, BUT if the repairs had been completed as they claimed they were I wouldn't have been rushing to bring the car back to them and I probably wouldn't have been involved in the second accident. Eventually they agreed they had made a mistake with the tire or at least supplied another tirebut when I picked my car up from having the repairs done from the second accident the wrong size tire had been replaced with ANOTHER WRONG SIZE TIRE! Really? Seriously? All the tires are supposed to be the same size, 3 are the same, one isn't. The one that isn't is the one you just put on. Don't feel too bad though, my body shop missed the tire problem also and also forgot about the missing fender part. My body shop told me the fog lights had been replaced and the headlamp washers were replaced also, they just weren't connected and the lines to the winshield washer reservoir were not connected either. All in all a pretty awful experience especially being told I had the wrong size tire on one wheel of my car and having having them

Service was good. Work on the other hand not so much, paint had to be fixed 3 times. Do not know if the issue was the paint or the labor. I could only go 4 stars due to that issue. Other than that great service.

AutoNation completed the painting of my Mustang on time and on budget. They were polite and thoughtful. It was my third visit for painting and all there were done to my satisfaction - price and quality.
