  Went to one of their local car sales events and ended up getting a NOT so hot deal. The company ran my credit through 14 different financing companies and not I have all of those on my credit report until September 2019. This would be OK except for the fact I told them not to run it through 10000 different finance options. Other than that the buying experience took 4 hours and the staff seemed to be agitated by the whole process as well. If you can remove the hard inquiries from my credit report - I'd be more than happy to change my review. Thanks Auto Park.

  Just bought my first G M C Terrain.It is a 2015 with low miles from another G M C dealership.We love this car.We are driving the car to Az.and wanted an oil change and inspection for the trip.Plymouth G MC is the closest for us.Even though we did not buy the car here.we could not be treated any nicer.Out the door in about 45 min and reasonable price.We will be back,thank you for that service.

  Not happy bought a used truck 6 months ago only drove it 2k miles and the instrument cluster in the dash is out and when my mechanic open it up the wires are taped together. Also found out the mileage was set back 80k miles. Well have not got a call back from the dealer but not cool if they are doing this to their vehicles.

  We went in looking for a truck, we went inside because not one employee went out to help us. Then we got helped after we asked . Then we went outside to look at the trucks again but the sales person didn't go with us just stayed in his office . Terrible service

  I wish they would stop paying Wilkin Marketing to send me illegal spam. That would be awesome. Will recommend all friends and family avoid them. Don't think I needed enough spam from them to fuel a fireplace for all of winter, but that;s what I get.

  Very pleased with the staff at Auto Park on Jefferson St. They were all helpful and were able to put me in a vehicle. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a car and don't want the used car experience or hassle. Plan on coming back again in few years for another vehicle!

  not good I was inquiring about a truck and when I told them that It want worth it they emailed me saying it had been sold even though I had another email later saying the price was firm. smh Chris easterday
