I went to go get the back glass of my truck resealed and they told me that in the process of resealing it that if it broke they wouldn't be responsible. Seems to me like any business doing work on your property would want to take responsibility for something that they have broken or damaged. Suffice to say I will take my, my family's, friends and anybody else's business that I talk to, somewhere else that's willing to take responsibility for their own actions.

What an effortless, pleasant experience! I called Auto Glass Now and was able to get a next-day appointment, plus they came to my work free of charge, AND their quote was a great deal! They came when they were supposed to, and I paid over the phone. I didn't have to take my car anywhere, get a loaner car, take off work, nothing. Auto Glass Now did everything for me, and they did it quickly, efficiently, and with great and fast customer service! 100% satisfied with my experience and the quality of service.

This is a great place and price to get a windshield or any glass for your vehicle. The technicians available are very experienced and take care of your vehicle. As well as making sure things are done in a timely manner.

I highly recommend you go here if you need a windshield fixed or replaced. They cost less than half what Safelite quoted me and took a little more than an hour to do the whole job. Nice as heck and 7 minutes from my house.

Had an appointment but still had to wait 1.5 hours. They broke the microphone wire to my radio so now I dont have hands free device for my phone and they broke my windshield washer line so I have no way to wash the windshield when it gets filthy. Price point of windshield wasnt bad, but it was higher than advertised. You aren't going to get a "deal" when coming here.

They were late to repair my windshield which wasn't a huge deal but I was just pulled over and given a ticket BC they forgot to put my inspection sticker back on and I didn't even realize it until I got a ticket. So now I have to pay this ticket and pay for a new inspection. Not happy one bit!

Let's start here. I broke my back window out. My back window in my truck is automatic do the whole window needed replaced. Which ment pulling the rear seat. And the back panel.

So I called Wednesday to get a price a schedule. The person on the other end of the line said the price was in the 360 range. Wow what a great price better than I got from anyone. So I said let's do this. They scheduled me for 11 am Thursday. Cool get it done.

I get a call from the store manager telling me that this price was quoted me wrong. So I now was going to have to pay about $120.00 . More. On this side of the fence that's was poor customer service. On top of that he could not do it till 2pm. It should take about 4 hrs. Which means I would have to have someone be there for my kids after school. So I said how about Friday. Re scheduled it for 11 Friday.

Was a little late but they were still working on a few others.

Got my truck back everything looked good. So far. I just happened to look in the bed of the truck close to tailgate. Glass everywhere. The manager said he would take it around back and clean it out. I said I needed to go I'll just do it when I get home.

Now today I went to reinstall my car seat in the location of were the window broke. As I was moving the truck seat around to hook up the latch I see glass. Not just one or two pieces tons of it everywhere. I'm glad I saw this. This is a major safety concern. I was going to put my kid in here. Even some one else could get cut of a fragment in there eye. If my eye wasn't bad my kids eye. Never gamble with a young ones well being. Obviously they could care less. I would understand a few pieces here and there. But this was rediculous.

I could have went somewhere else after the price deal but I needed it done and I was glad they called me in advance to tell me the price issue. I'm going to attach pics so you can see what I saw. Next time pick another company that does care about safety. I even have a reporter who is interested in this story.

I did talk to the area manager. They offered to have it vacuumed again I told I already did that. I wanted some money back for the inconvenience this was. I was 40 min away. Never again.
