I was in the market for a newer car. The 2001 300M was showing it's age. I went to my bank, they sent me down with a pre-approved amount, showed me the cars that were in my price range and told me to go to Auto Choice in Bellaire. I had my mom with me (I'm 21) and we went and were immediately greeted with a sincere welcome. I asked about the 2007 Pontiac G6 I was told to check out. The one salesman, who I wish I could remember his name, and it's at no fault of his own, I just have a terrible, terrible memory, the salesman took my mother and I out to the G6, pulled it out for us and told us to take it for a test drive. I instantly fell in love with it. Took it back to the dealership. After i went back to the bank to sign my papers, I went back to Auto choice to sign a few more. The salesman explained everything in great detail to me, as far as total price, warranty, etc. I signed a few more papers, and while I was doing this, the other salesman was transferring my plates already with my OSU license plate bracket! (what a guy) The other salesman who was not helping me personally was talking to my mom about why he's in the business (he married one of the owners daughters) and said to him "If we were like every other dealership and have to give the status quo dealership schtick, then I wouldn't do it." That stood out to me. Anyway, all in all, on that day that was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. But that's not what blew me away. About 2 weeks later (I live in Columbus, OH, about two and a half hours away from Auto Choice) I got in my G6 and no climate control would operate. Even though I was furious that I just bought this car not even a month ago, I calmly called and spoke to my salesman. I asked him was it covered under warranty. He replied "No, the powertrain is until September or 100,000 miles, but I want to take care of that, bring it in." I drove home the following weekend and they told me I had a water leak somewhere behind my dash and that it was shorting out my blower motor. Not only did they replace my blower motor, but they fixed the water leak and blower motor free of charge. I'm happy to say that I bought a 2007 Pontiac G6 with 57,xxx miles from the best dealership I've been to ever. I can't wait to get rid of my G6 just so I can purchase something else from them. Great customer service, great deal, great dealership. You guys have got my business for life!
