  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I could not be more clear on that matter. My car was having a high pitched screeching sound coming from the engine and so I took my car here to get diagnosed. They told me "with confidence" that the problem with my car was the tensioner and so that is what they "fixed." I then received a call from them that they replaced the tensioner, and the belt (which was not needed) but the noise was still occurring and they wanted to charge me more money to fix the water pump. I declined that fix and went in to talk to them about lowering my bill as they had "fixed" a part of my car that apparently had no need to be fixed. They were not accommodating at all and would only remove $29 for the belt they replaced that was not needed. I then took my car to the Chevy dealership to have the water pump replaced. After the water pump was replaced the noise was still occurring. The issue was the tensioner that had apparently "just been replaced" by Roger's auto care! Do not EVER take your car to this location.

  I had a coolant leak and was given a quote of over $1,700 from another local repair shop. It was obvious that the other shop was attempting to have me pay for parts that weren't necessary to fix my leak. By chance I was talking to a gentleman at a auto parts store (while stocking up on antifreeze) and he suggested I take my car to Roger's Auto Care. They not only quoted me $450 for the repair, they got the part faster than the previous shop claimed was possible. They fixed my car and the final cost was $450! I am very pleased with the service I received and Roger's Auto Care has new customer in me.

  I have taken my vehicle to Rogers' auto care for the past 3 years or more and have always experienced great customer service and exceptional work. Renee and her crew go out of their way to make sure your car runs smooth and efficient. Top-notch standards.

  Very dishonest people. Paid to have my rotors replaced and then started hearing a grinding noise when I got my car back. I took it to another car shop and they said my rotors were terrible and not replaced. They also told me they did an alignment however when I picked my car up it pulled to the left. I called them to tell them my issue and they told me there is no way the alignment was still off because a computer does it and there is no way for error. They just want your money.

  Not the greatest service. Got the car finally fixed and it works just fine but it took a couple of trips up there to finally get it fixed. Not sure they're dealing with a full deck

  Called the shop right when they had opened this morning and they said " bring it on down and we will take a look at it before lunch time." I got in the car drove down to the shop. Walked in the door and told the person at the counter that I had called and they remembered me. Few hours later I got a call with what they had found that needed to be fixed. I told them to go ahead with the repair. A few hours later I got a second call with them telling me the vehicle was done. Very fast and promt service! Car runs great now thank you for relieving my stress of having a unreliable vehicle and being 1600 miles from home.

  Having discovered a screw lodged in my car's tire, I was able to schedule an impromptu repair at Auto Care Inc. Not only did they take into account my hectic schedule that day, they also dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. I highly recommend the service of this shop to all.
