This is the only bank in town (probably twenty banks) that actually got off their behinds to go check their vault for specific coins. Everyone else would just tell us no. And we don't even bank with them. Absolutely wonderful costumer service

After calling 6 other local banks, this bank is the only one that will do a signature guarantee if you are not a customer--at the Glenville branch for a fee. HURRAH!! One of the needlessly difficult parts of being in the military are the occasional signature guarantees. The military should require the financial institutions allowed on post to provide that service.
