  Let me start off by saying I have been terminated so no need for owners comment but they have a lack of personality and people skills. if you have a higher degree they will tell you that you only capable of for what they give your abilities or not set for a certain standards of a job that you're wanting.I wanted a job but I had to be trained but they said I ain't have the skills "so can i get train" them excuses". If i wanted to be a fireman or a burger flipper they going to train me how to flip a burger and they going to teach me how to put out a fire so. So you can train up to your standards and your abilities. why are they telling me/you that your not able to take the job especially if it's open and I know it open cause i do my research but more to the story if you have a higher education or skill you're better off going head on to what you want for your career don't waste your time there is just a waste of time just be nice to the lady when you first walk in the door she's the only one that has a nice personality. God bless those who are trying. P.s you're not guaranteed to get a job probably the same day or months so the time you're wasting messing with them you could been out there and going for it. Also take a 20min drug test from MD before continuing the process they're not going to tell you.

  Well, I was terminated this Monday night. I was sitting at the table eating dinner with my family and then received a call from Robert on his personal cell phone at almost 9 at night stating they had to let me go bc they were told with no proof that I messed up files and I wasn’t processing paperwork properly. Which was a lie. I tried to tell Robert that the paperwork was messed up prior me starting there and it was even dated back before I started. Instead Robert said I violated policy 11 stating failure to follow instructions so Augusta Staffing had to let me go also. All I can say is truly you reap what you sow. Been with them for almost a year so the definitely know about my work ethics and that I am a hard worker.

  I was employed with Augusta Staffing for two years and it was a great experience. The office team was always helpful, friendly and goal-oriented, especially when an issue arose. The onboarding was smooth and fun - and I had my first job assignment the next day. I will miss my christmas turkey!

  I do not like the partronizing attitude of the staff when asked a direct question about whether a specific job posting is still open for hiring or not. They must have more workers than they need because they missed out on a truly qualified worker. I've worked with this office before, but the new staff could use either people skills or leadership. Where will your clients be if you're missing out on workers. I understand the screening process as well, but files should also stay on record to avoid being repetitive. Call them, they won't call you, and if they do, it will be for more testing.

  Amazing experience with Augusta Staffing! Very helpful staff especially the receptionist Emily! Helped me get started with the application and got a job within a week! Highly recommended!

  I got tired of working the extremely long days and hours in retail and I needed a change. Even with my degree, I wasn't able to get a HR job because of my lack of HR experience. I saw a posting for Augusta Staffing and I decided to go and apply. When I got there, I spoke with Lesa and explained my goals to her and she gave me an assignment that same day. At first I was kind of skeptical because I never worked as a temp before, but Lesa assured me that it was a great opportunity and I could gain the experience I was looking for. Thankfully, after 3 and 1/2 months of working, I received a permanent job offer. Going to Augusta Staffing was the best decision I could have made!

  Augusta Staffing, I've worked with there Industrial and Clerical part, and they are awesome and trustworthy. They are really good at getting you employment, all it takes is to walk in. Robert Kelly is very nice, and humbled, along with his peers. Thank you all so much, and sorry for the delay in my review

  Great Place! Highly Recommended! Staff are all very friendly and Very Helpful! I've had nothing but great interactions. Always quick with responses and always paid on time! Extremely fast with job placement. I started working at a job site 2 days after registration, which i am happy to say has now led to my permanent placement with a great company! I owe them BIG TIME getting me in the right direction when i moved here! Also very accommodating with your schedule, they have many options of work shifts and work types. If you are a hard worker and are looking for a reliable job source, Augusta Staffing is the only place i recommend!!!
