First semester using this lot and I haven't had any problems. I typically get a spot close to the bus area no problem. Route 5 gets you to North campus in 15 mins and takes 15 mins to get you back to the lot, so it's not that bad. Only pet peeve is the row of cars that park on the street and make that short section a squeeze for passing cars, but that's not States issue.
Centrally located from Centennial campus, main campus and McKimon center but still needs 10 to 15 mins walking to reach any of the location. Very useful if you plan to skate board or cycle to the campus you want to get to from this place.
Small lot that requires a pass and isn't very clouds to campus.
outdoor lot where people struggle to park and people fly through the lot
This parking lot is approximately 1/2 mile from the main portions of the NCSU campus. Typically there are always large portions of the parking lot that aren't crowded if you desire to park away from others.
Raleigh Police Officers park in this lot often while working on their paper work.
Within easy bicycling distance of the campus if you desire to bring your bicycle with your vehicle.
You could park away from others in one of those portions of the lot and would easily have enough room to remove bike from rack and such.
What i like about parking here the best is the fact that you don't have to really worry about your vehicle getting "scarred up" by an adjacent parked vehicle due to the large parking availability.
