  I broke down on a cross country at 3pm on a Friday. Uh oh. Stranded in PA i called local AWE, per their suggestion i got a tow to Audi State College. What a great decision that ended up being. The fantastic folks there helped me like i was family. Outstanding salesman Reid, greeted me upon arrival. Told me and showed just how to have fun in town, he even offered his place to stay a night. Wow. What a stand up guy! The rest of the crew was not far behind. The mechanics were savvy and Eric always knew what was going on. Seriously, these guys are in the people business who just happen to sell and work on beautiful cars. They got me on the lift first thing Monday morning. Engine open and diagnostic done by 9. Parts were retrieved from hours away and i was peeling out of there before the end of the day! These guys aren't good, they are the BEST!! You cant find better service around. I recommend Audi State College to Audi owners everywhere! Thank You Guys!! You Rock!

  Showed up for a 35K service. The service people were ready for me with a loaner. They specified a time they would be done and they were ready early and before I could get back to the dealership. Great job!

  Hit a rock and damaged the underside of my S4. Service Dept evaluated my car on a walk-in basis, put it on the lift and analyzed the problem. I was able to leave my car there a day before the required part would arrive and, as luck would have it, the motor for the differential arrived a day early, so they finished the job a day early. Pleasant staff, flexible and efficient.

  Just went to look and came home with new Audi. The staff was very friendly and met my every requestReid my salesman was very attentive to my needs I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanking you 'all for one heck of a day. I couldn't more satisfied with the deal I got.

  The entire team was awesome to work with. Gary Francis, who actually sold me my new A4 was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. And Ellen Fryer did a great job of presenting my F&I options without resorting to any high-pressure tactics. I would highly recommend Audi State College.

  The service team worked us in during our short-term visit to the area. Our recall issue was addressed quickly and we were on our way. Friendly team that was focused on getting us great service. Nice clean facility with refreshments available.

  This was my first experience at Audi State College. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. My Audi was done on time as promised. My repairs were under warranty but had inspection done too. I will return to them again when needed.
