I had a nice experience the first time I visited this dealer but I guess they wanted to sell that day. The seller was very nice and we had a smooth experince buying our first Audi.
A year later I called back to quote another car and having more than one local dealer in Miami I decided to go back to Naples because of my past experience. This time they did not care at all that I was a returning customer and gave me a very unfair and greedy offer which was a 45k lease for a car that had a sticker price of 53k. I talked to the sales manager and the last thing I heard from him was: I’ll call you in 15 minutes, still waiting. I decided to not call back and move on.
I am never coming back or recomendimg this place to anyone.
P.S.I went to The Collection in Coral Gables, and I got the 5 start treatment I deserve as a customer.

Great selection including some awesome models already customized with even nicer wheels! Staff is all super friendly and knowledgeable from the Audi Brand Specialists and Technologist to the managers and ownership. If you're a true Audi fan, make sure to check out the 1973 Audi Coupé tucked away in the back!

Wonderful dealership. Of all the German car dealerships I've dealt with over the years, Audi of Naples is the best. From the sales experience to the honest and competent service department - I have been very impressed!

Just bought a 2018 TT RS from here. So before I handed them a check they were very 'nice.' After, when it was time to do the registration, and I asked some questions about their fees, they were insensitive and harsh. The first sales guy said they would waive the $599 dealer fee or (predelivery service charge fee) but I realized on the paperwork they only took $300 off instead of the $599. The finance guy harshly refused to take off the initially promised dealer fee and said I had asked first to take off the fee but it was actually the sales guy who promised this and didn't keep the promise. Since he was so insensitive and made me feel like I would keep having to haggle, I just left it at that but for repeat business, lets just say they left a bad taste in my mouth. I also asked about a breakdown of the random 'Other FL fees' of $627,' told they were for registration and receipt to be provided. we''ll see how many fake fees are in there. I suggest everyone google 'dealer fees' and inspect every line item on the agreement. Also, make sure they actually tint the car when they say they will cause they shipped mine and there was no tint on it

Audi of Naples is a beautiful dealership, the management helped with options for incentives and treat you with personalized service. Luis was the best as my sales person, he went above and beyond with time & giving attention to detail, as well introduced options for purchase. He has been wonderful with follow up as well. Luis is Friendly and professional, a all around good guy. Keith in Finance was very friendly and made the close simply. Will definitely do business with Audi of Naples again

On two separate occasions I have brought my 2001 TT convertible in for an expensive repair (once for A/C service/diagnosis and once for a grinding drivetrain sound). Upon return, the presenting issue was not fixed, both incidents could have been addressed before delivering the car back to me by a simple test drive. So
    1) If they did a test drive, then either the test driver was incompetent or dishonest (or both).
    2) They may have not done a test drive, which is incompetent.
    3) They like to bait-and-switch, by omitting information to get people to agree to a lesser-costing repair, knowing that if they "find" another repair, people are more likely to say, "Oh, just go ahead and fix it" rather than taking more time off work to bring the car elsewhere to get the job done correctly.

Whatever the case, I'm now $1,300 lighter in my wallet and my car still has the presenting problem they misdiagnosed.

Had I test-driven the car before paying, I would not have paid.
I encourage anyone dealing with them to test-drive their car before paying.

We love Audis. In fact, we currently own two purchased from The Collection (R8) and Audi North Miami (S3). We were thinking of adding the new Q5 to our little family of Audis so in early March I paid a visit as this place is located very close to my office. The sales guy was decent enough but the overall issue was he knew I was pressed for time yet blew me off for another couple he seemed to know (I was alone at the time) and told me he'd be right back. I was standing out in the parking lot, looking at various Q5 models, and about 20 minutes later he reappeared. I was out there long enough for two other salespeople to approach me and ask if I needed help. I didn't want to step on his toes so I chose to wait. I wish I hadn't. I had previously mentioned I was pressed for time (I took a quick break from work during the afternoon) and by the time he got around to helping me I needed to get back to my office. He then said he'd send a quote to include my trade vehicle right over. I received it about two days after the visit and raised an eyebrow when I looked over the numbers. Not sure if he threw in a few additional thousand because that's normal practice or if it was because he assumed that I wouldn't notice. Perhaps this area of Florida Audi dealers has people lining up to buy cars but I've never experienced sales people who are so disinterested in selling a car. I'm polished, professional, articulate, polite. I was ready to make a deal. Yes, I read the previous reviews, the majority of them quite positive. I thought I'd have a great experience. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way. If the dealership is so disinterested in selling me a car, I have to ask myself how they'll be when that car requires service or another issue arises. Several weeks later I ended up purchasing a 5-Series from Germain BMW. My third BMW and a great experience as always. In fact, the sales guy there was extremely communicative, willing to answer all questions and didn't try to submit a quote with questionable math.

This review was prompted by the fact the Audi Naples sales guy called me yesterday to see if I was still interested. I discussed my recent BMW purchase with him. When he asked me why I decided not to go with Audi I politely explained that I was interested in another Audi but that no one seemed interested in selling one to me.

I'm sure there are some great salespeople at Audi Naples (clearly there must be from all those wonderful reviews). Unfortunately, I ended up with a salesperson who was either inexperienced or, frankly, didn't perceive me as a financially solvent buyer and didn't want to waste his time. Unfortunate, as my time is also valuable and he was unwilling to take that into consideration.

I bought an almost new, low mileage A3 e-Tron at an incredible price. Katherine sent me a video look-over of the car as I'm a few states away. She was very straight-forward and upfront and we agreed on a price in less than 30 minutes. Keith put all of the paper-work together in one day, talking to me repeatedly throughout the day to get everything set to buy a car remotely and have it licensed in my state of residence. After the paperwork was completed, Marcella kept me updated throughout the rest of the process of getting the car ready, finding a transport truck to deliver it, making sure that I received everything, that I was fully pleased with he process, and answered my questions about how to set a few things up.

Great service! Mike Rodgers is the coolest salesman there. He sold me my car and made my experience a fun one but of course very professional. Thanks Mike!!!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Marcella and the entire Audi staff. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with our A4 and can't wait to show all our friends and tell them what a pleasant experience it was.

Luis made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Even though we were not sure what we are looking for, he was extremely patient to listen and then show us all the options until we found the perfect car for us. Along the the way his happy and non-pressure approach was refreshing. The experience and knowledge of all the cars helped us make an educated decision and he took all the time to explain every function of the car after the sale. The first time we actually enjoyed buying a car and dealing with process. Keith explained all documents in detail and efficiently helped to finalize the transaction. 100% satisfied.
