First time I had been to an Aveda. I made a quick appointment without any research as for as expertise. Valdana was available. Although she was a master-stylist, I was concerned but desperate. To make a long story short. She was amazing! From light-touchup, cut, and ease of care. She even gave me a hand massage while my hair processed. She was amazing. I have never in my life been so well cared at a salon. I will be back again, and again, and again. Thank You!

I don't usually write reviews, this time I feel that I need to tell as many people as I can about my experience at the Best hair salon in Florida, the moment you walk into ZenAVEDA you can see the luxurious high end design and still feel connected to nature I have been getting my hair done there for the past year and will keep on coming back! the nicest staff I have EVER seen, the Zen room is relaxing and makes you feel like you are on a vacation, that is if you are local like me. And if you are on a vacation then you should make it as a part of your trip and enjoy some "me" quality time by getting the best salon and spa service in the area. Every time I visit the salon I am impressed on how they give attention to the small details that make me feel so special from a very accurate professional consultation, the natural oils and scents to release your mind while getting your hair shampooed (which I must say that the chairs at the shampoo area are very comfortable, I have been in many salons, I don't remember a time that I didn't feel like I need a neck massage after sitting in those chairs.) I even received an amazing hand massage. All their products are plant based organic products that were made with the most important values of taking care of and save our planet. This place is just incredible. I really don't think I can put such a great experience in just a few words and tell you how much you will enjoy going there.I was so upset I moved from Naples to the Fort Myers area thinking I will need to drive almost an hour to get to the salon, and then you know what happened?! I found out they have a location in the Bell Tower Shops plaza in Fort Myers! I would wish every town to have one of these zenaveda salons it is a must go to salon, if you want to know what a one of a kind experience feels like. And now to the important part how much this pleasure cost me>? NOT EVEN close to what you would imagine it cost, you probably thinking it's sounds like it is going to be a pricey treat but you better think again.. I paid maybe $10 more than I would pay in another salon that would give me maybe 20% of the result I got there.I always feel like I am getting above and beyond for what I pay and always making sure to tip my stylist well for the hard work and efforts. Thank you guys for being so good at what you do, you set the bar pretty high for all the salons in your area.

Hours listed till 8pm. Showed up at 7:30pm to buy a bottle of shampoo, door is locked, guy answers the door says he can't sell anything and the employees left at 6pm. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my day.

I had the loveliest of experiences today at Aveda with pleasant Kristin. Kristin is very talented. I am literally walking around saying "I love my hair!" :-) Oh I love the new addition to this location great job Zen Aveda! :-)
