Excellent Service, comfortable Large SUVs, driver was polite and on time for pickup from and to the airport. Car was immaculate ,driver was a good driver, and nicely dressed. They also followed up with confirmations ahead so you were well informed. I will always use them when I return to Atlanta.

My wife and I needed a ride to Hartsfield-Jackson for an early morning flight. The man who picked up confirmed he could pick us up. When the time for our pick up came, he didn’t show up, didn’t call to say he was running late, did not respond to any of my texts, and I still haven’t heard back three days later. Thank goodness we got an Uber. Please don’t use this company.

This is a top notch company. I'm from Alabama and needed a ride back to the Shepard Center where my son is a patient. The company rep honestly stated they were quite busy, and as a result, he secured me a ride with another cab company. Now that is nothing but integrity and class. If ever I need such services again, you can bet I'll be calling Atlanta VIP!!

Set appointment for a 7:00am pickup. Got confirmation for date and time before I left on trip by text.

Was not there at 7. Did not respond to text. Initial call went in unanswered. Had time to set up UBER, before he called back and I told him not to bother.

Excellent Service, great open line of communication. Door to Door service. I utilize their taxi service to transport my daughter to and from College/Airport. The owner answered all of my questions and they were able to provide me with a billing invoice via email since I am out of state. Although they accept credit card payments and cash. My daughter had experience a issue with her credit card using it out of state. They were very patient and understanding! I highly recommend them.
