My time at Atlanta Toyota was a wonderful experience! They, specifically Patrick Thompson and Esau Gonzalez, made the process so easy. They listened to everything I said and appreciated the research I had done prior to coming. Thank you for being part of my amazing first experience of buying a car! Love my RAV4!

I recently purchased 2 used Cars from Atlanta Toyota. The service was by far outstanding! I was treated respectfully and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my vehicles. I would like to commend and thank Stephen (Used Car Sales Mgr), William Andrews ( Car Sales) and Felipe in the service department for helping me through the process. This dealership gets my highest recommendation! Will definitely buy another car from Atlanta Toyota.

I have purchased my car from Nalley but I went at this place to get my car serviced because this place is close by from where I live. Pretty nice experience. Quick and easy to get my car serviced. They didn’t wash my car but they gave me coupon to get a free car wash at near by car wash. Which is pretty neat. Service of my new highlander took about 40 minutes. Easy to schedule an appointment on phone.

I have been with Toyota for as long as I can remember, I have had my 2012 Corolla for four years and I needed an upgrade for bigger space for my daughter and I and I highly recommend Camille Chong as the sales person to anyone who’s looking for any type of vehicle. She made the process so easy and smooth for me. She’s very respectful and she went step by step with me making sure I knew for myself what I was signing and what exactly it meant she gave me many options based on my credit that was affordable for me and my family. The energy she gives out is very positive and you can tell she is passionate about her job and I like that very much. So if you are in Duluth area looking for a new vehicle please go see Camille and expect great service from every employee there as soon as you walk in the door.

There is a great attitude of pleasing the customer and being most helpful in sales, parts and service departments. They are also really good at returning calls, making themselves available to help and working with you on questions or possible problems to get you the best answers. I don't spend the time to write reviews unless the subject is really bad or really good. This organization rates my really good response because they have created a culture of good service.

The experience was mixedEven though I was able to negotiate a good Deal on my 2017 Highlander I cannot give this place higher rating. The sales person was not pushy but respectful and I liked that. I probably know more about car business than an average buyer, but can't stand when the Finance person tried to SCAM me for almost $1,000. Here is what happened - I have a good credit (over 800 FICO), l was financing a vehicle for 48 months. The Finance person took my credit application, entered data into their system and informed me that I was approved at 1.9% for 48 months; 2 minutes later he suggested that he can move me to a lower interest tier (0.9%) if I buy GAP insurance (almost $1,000) and keep my monthly payments the same. Keep in mind that you can buy GAP insurance for as low as $200 at credit unions. Sales people make high commissions when they up-sell you with intangible junk. I told him : "No thanks, I'm fine without GAP". So here when it gets interesting. After I refused to purchase GAP, he informed me that I was moved to lower interest tier (0.9%) automatically. What he was doing is ILLEGAL. He doesn't have control on interest rates offered by Toyota Financial Services. He simply inputs your credit information and the system sends back credit decision along with the interest rate. In my case I was approved at 0.9% interest by Toyota, but he LIED to me that my rate is 1.9%, but If i were to purchase $1,000 GAP the interest will be 0.9%. Guess what - the interest was still 0.9% after I refused to buy GAP.

If you end up buying the GAP insurance from them, please keep in mind that you have 3 DAYS to go to the Dealership and cancel it. Don't feel bad about it, be a smart buyer and good luck!

Delroy was so patient with me and my husband as we spent a lot of time with him. We originally had our eyes and heart set on a new car and after everything was almost said and done, we got cold feet and bought a used car instead. Delroy was a gentleman and gave us our space and time to make our decision and even made us coffee. I would also like to give a shout out to Mario in the financial department, he too was patient and understanding. Thanks to them we feel we got a package deal.

The blue tooth connection on my radio stopped working and I was informed that I needed a new radio. Shakela informed me that the part was under warranty and a new one would be ordered. When it came in, I was promptly called. Upon arrival, my car was quickly taken in to be repaired. I was very satisfied with the work done.

I am not saying that everyone in this establishment is evil, nor am I saying that you will have a negative experience if you go here. All I know is that they scammed my 89 year old grandfather by charging him $4000 for a new battery and other "necessary" maintenance work. When my grandfather paid for the work and finally got his car back (after a very long time) the car failed in the middle of the highway! Luckily we made it to the side of the road without hurting anyone on the highway. While on the side of the highway, we inspected the car and noticed the engine belt had snapped off which is what caused the car to fail. We brought the car back to the shop and asked them what was wrong (without telling them that we knew the engine belt had snapped off). They "looked" at it and came back and told us the car had failed because we had a "faulty" battery, telling us that to fix the problem we would just need a new one. After he informed us of this, we then told him that he was wrong and that the engine belt was the actual problem. Surprised, he went back to the car and checked it out and came back embarrassed admitting that he had not realized that the engine belt had snapped. They proceeded to attempt to charge us another $1500 for total repair.

Next week, my father went to get his vehicle checked for just regular maintenance work. While his vehicle was parked in the service garage, one of the EMPLOYEES ran one of their cars into the back of my father's car, denting the back bumper. They let my father use a rental car while it was being worked on for a week. One day they called my father in the middle of the work day saying that they need the rental car back and that his car was done being fixed. My father went to pick up his car and it turned out that they only fixed HALF of the damage they had done. They then went on to charge him for the work they did! Did they forget that they were the ones that dented the car? My father paid for the work and now we have my grandfather's old car stuck in the driveway, down $4000 without our car being any better. On top of that my my dad still has a messed up bumper and is down $1200 for all the work they made him pay for.

This is a disgusting establishment and I am very sad to have had such a negative experience here.

Service with Pete was great. I usually go to him. He's the best. Service is quick. It's nice having people you can trust to service your car. I have purchase many vehicles new and pre-owned here. Integrity and pricing have been the determining factors for my love of this dealership.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience and very glad I chose Atlanta Toyota! Raul Gonzalez did a great job in helping me find the perfect vehicle, he even knew what style and color fit me best! He was very knowledgeable about the features and everything regarding the vehicles I asked about. Esau also did a great job in finance and made me feel at home. I will definitely be recommending Atlanta Toyota to all of my family and friends looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you so much for your time and help! I love my brand new Rav 4!

When I bought my car in November of 2016, I was recent college graduate, with no credit . With their recent grad program, I was able to get a 2017 Toyota Corolla with an affordable monthly payment and low APR.
I had the pleasure of working with Keon Hall-Kearney . He was extremely helpful and more than willing to work with us. He was very informative and patient with us as well. He stayed later during the day (after he was supposed to be off) just make sure that he was able to help us and answer any questions that we had . Most importantly, he was able to get me a great deal on my car . Not only was he helpful but, he was also very friendly; a real "people person". He mad my experience (buying a car) much better than anticipated . I would definitely recommend him.

We were looking for a quality used car for our daughter's 1st vehicle. We found what we wanted on Atlanta Toyota's website and inquired online. Patrick was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The price that was quoted online included all the fees (except tax, tag, title), so there weren't any surprises. The car had some interior damage, but the dealership was willing to fix everything that concerned us as a part of the purchase price. Patrick (sales) and Chris (service dept) were very polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I can't explain how good Atlanta Toyota really is. Everyone there is so welcoming as soon as you walk in. I had one of the best sales representatives, Mr. Patrick Thompson. He got me the best deal possible knowing I'm a full time student in college and on a budget. He found a car that fit me. Every question I had he answered. He was very polite, professional, and helpful to anything I needed! I can honestly say I've had nothing but good experiences from Atlanta Toyota! I would highly recommend you shopping for your next vehicle through him!
