Not helpful. Would rather stand behind counter or sit down and just point around the store. Could not be bothered to help me out and when I asked questions they just felt like saying buy whichever trimmer. Just not helpful.. friendly.. or caring at all. So I took my business elsewhere why spend money with people who could not care less

This review is for the small engine side.
First of all, the two guys up front are awesome. They help you with any of your questions and they don't always try to upsale you.

The guy that actually works on the equipment is horrible. I have had my mower there 3 times for the same exact thing. He tells me every time that he fixed the problem and gives me all kinds of bull about what was 'wrong'. Also let me say this: The only reason I take it up there instead of working on it myself is because it is still under warranty and I don't want to void it.
This time I have had it with him.
Be sure to make sure to double check everything when u buy it. Make sure your deck is level and all the bolts are tight, as 3 bolts and a nut have came off of mine.
