This pawn shop has great prices but don't drive out of your way to sell them anything you think will help u in a thought time2 10in cvr kickers in a box speakers hardly used and offered me $15 for it. I am profusely disgusted by their service. I drove an hour out of my way and got treated like a dirty guy in the basketball courts out back DO NOT GO HERE TO SELL ANYTHING!

This place is a damn joke😂 The staff is a bunch of illiterate assholes! They buy so much junk and then when someone like me comes in with nice brand new expensive things they have to "pass" on them. Maybe if you didn't buy junk for junkies you would have room for exspensive brand new things!

The rudest, and most Neanderthal of employees I have encountered in a long time. A miserable attempt at customer service. How are these cretins still in business?

I have frequented this establishment for numerous years. Have passed electronics when I needed quick cash time and again and have always been given my belongings back in perfect working order and been given a reasonable pawn loan each and every time. On my last trip I scored a Haro bicycle that still resells for over 250 dollars at a low price of 50 bucks. If you can see the crass, sarcastic nature of some of the employees as charming(especially the older woman at the register) than u will have a great experience. Remember, this is a pawn shop. A business. They are there for their customers, but only if they can make the kind of money they need to so they may continue to be. How this place got 1 star is a joke to me. In the town of Edgewood, u have Chesapeake(which is a mess) and Starlite(who doesn't accept pawns at all). Associated is by far the best pawn shop in town.

Bought a 60 inch Vizio smart 4 K TV for $700 from Wal Mart and had the receipt and still in box and they only gave me $230. They go on e bay to determine there prices which is ridiculous! I should have at least gotten between $300-$375.

If I could avoid giving this place one star I would. The guy with red hair who is the owner I believe never stops talking. Which is why it takes him so fucking long to give you a amount for your jewelry. The lazy slow and super rude heavy set guy who works at the register moves so fucking slow it sickening. The grandmother who also works at the register is rude, slow, and thinks she knows everything. They tell you one thing over the phone and then it's a different story when you get there. One day they will let you pay someone else pawn the next day your not allowed to do that. My real problem with this place is how fucking slow that lazy fat fuck moves up front. He really is a lazy ignorant piece of shit. I heard this place was closing up and I couldn't have been happier. I would lose everything I had before I would sell or pawn my shit here. This place is a fucking joke.

Never go here!!! Worst customer service by the owner anyone could ever experience! We showed up at 9:58 in the morning and went in when they opened at 10. We got an appraisal from the owner after about an hour and a half after he looked up each item as slowly as he possibly could. Then he offered me a price that I wasn't comfortable taking at first and we left for about 20 minutes and returned. We asked him if the price still stood and he said yes, he would write us up when he finished with his current customer. We said okay. We waited for another almost 4 hours while he helped multiple customers who got there after us. His eyes were like pin darts, he was nodding off, scratching himself, and you could obviously tell he was on some sort of drugs. He had two nice young men working for him, one was 16 one was 18. Neither of them were allowed to write up pawns, yet he was allowing the 16 year old to write them for other customers. The 18 year old walked out due to the owner's actions. When the owner had helped everyone else, he went in the back for quite some time, and my boyfriend, who is in the military and had patiently waited for so many hours, said something about us finally being written a slip for our pawn, an older man who hadn't been there most of the day started to yell at him and say he was out of line, the owner came out and began to yell at him and told him to have a good day. He wasted our whole day and acted as if we were in the wrong. Do not go here. You will not be pleased.

I would shop here again. I enjoyed hearing a "how are you doing today" when entering the store, most stores don't even acknowledge you. The younger person with glasses and dressed up fancy was very nice and knowledgeable. The only drawback I found with this shop is the red-haired guy setting in the back I asked him a simple question about go-pros and he talked and talked for 30 minutes, finally I had to walk away. Before my head exploded, Don't get me wrong he is seemed like he knew what he was talking about but I just wanted a simple answer. The lady in the front was monotone, but she was nice to me and the other people in the store. Overall a good experience and would return to buy again.
