Nice hotel, especially for the price. Just one person was running the front desk and valet when I arrived. Had to grab the luggage cart myself (which actually worked out fine). Fitness room was pretty small (not was pictured), but it was empty so it worked out.

Decent rooms. Nice soaps. Right on JP. Maybe avoid street level rooms if possible, but I didn't have any trouble falling asleep.

Above us there was a toddler who ran back and forth across the room, jumping and knocking into things, for hours. We were unable to sleep. I called the front desk and was told a call would be made. However, the intolerable noises continued for another hour. My husband, who was having major surgery the following morning, was unable to sleep. Young children guests should be on the first floor only. The evening was extremely stressful for us both.
In the morning, the shower froze and I was unable to take a shower.
Then the valet employee called and said we needed to come down to the basement as he was unable to release the emergency break in our car. My husband ( who could barely walk), and I, went down and released the break. We drove off but were still charged $25 for valet service.

My husband had stayed at this hotel before while on a business trip and enjoyed his stay very much. This time, our family stayed here, and we loved this hotel. They graciously took care of every request, from an extra blanket to late checkout, with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable snd uncluded a microwave and mini fridge. Also, every night, they have a food treat available in their lobby. The first night was an ice cream sundae bar. The next night was an assortment of candy. We would happily stay here again.

Nice rooms and a great location near the T and downtown Jamaica Plain. Some on street parking available but it was kind of hard to find. No breakfast available at the hotel but plenty of nearby spots to check out.

The room and overall hotel was unimpressive given the price and location. Boasted of a good location but it wasn't convenient at all. Left our hotel for hours at night and we come back and our door is cracked open! Nothing was stolen and partly on us for not making sure the door shut but mostly on them for not having doors that shut.

Excellent hotel! Clean, spacious and cosy rooms. Staff is very nice and helpful. The location is a bit far from the center, but the train station is in front of the hotel and it's 25 minutes away from downtown. The price is decent. The parking valet is a bit overpriced. $25 per night. Overall, we had a very good experience. I recommend!

Very nice boutique hotel. Not much around the hotel though. But you can reach places by walking.

Too noisy to sleep, the walls are paper thing, or at least the ceilings are. My key cards didn't work my second day amd i haf been at a hispital for 11 hours so it was frustrating to have to walk with all my items back to the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful though! My first visit and room was much better than this visit. I don't think I'll go back. Room was very small the second visit!

Came to the area overnight for moms surgery. Blizzard was forecast so I booked a room in case I could not get out. I chose a hotel that was closest to the hospital. Knew nothing about it. Glad I did. Great staff, clean rooms, free shuttle to the hospital. Certainly will consider enVision hotels in the future.
