We took a water damaged oriental rug to Ashly's and they restored it better than before the water damage. The staff was friendly and efficient. They gave us an extremely fair quote and performed the services in a timely manner. They even stored our clean rug until our home renovations were complete. When compared with another long time Houston oriental rug dealer, Ashly Fine Rugs did NOT try to cheat the system by quoting a significantly higher price because the home flood would be covered by insurance. I highly recommend Ashly Fine Rugs.

I needed a couple area rugs professionally cleaned. I brought them into Ashly and they were very helpful and explained the whole process. Plus both rugs were cleaned and ready to go within a week. No complaints. I would used them again for sure.

I have had my rug cleaned a few times and each time it came back perfect.The gentlemen that installed it were outstanding. I am very detailed and needed it to be perfect and they took the time to make sure they assisted me with this. A happy customer.

I recently asked Ashly Fine Rugs to clean three large rugs which we have owned for 35 years.

To say the least the rugs were not in good shape, two of the rugs, a large room sized silk rug and a smaller wool rug had a number of spots we had not been able to remove.

Ashly picked up the rugs timely and returned them timely.

All three of the rugs looked like new, spots gone.

I would have no issue with recommending this firm to my friends and family without reservation.

They are the top of the market in price, but worth it.

Quality for a quality price, but it is worth it.
