My husband and I just returned from our third visit to Asheville and Asheville Cottages, and as we expected, everything was great! We enjoy Asheville during the holidays, especially Asheville Cottages! Off the beaten path but convenient to shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the Biltmore, these cottages have everything we need for a fabulous vacation. Tracie and Marshall have thought of every detail and amenity, from heated bathroom floors and spa sheets to a welcome basket and refrigerated coffee creamer (two kinds)! The cottages are impeccably clean and look brand new each time we visit--both inside and out. Tracie and Marshall are personable, intentional, and attentive. We have never had a problem in our three visits to the cottages. Asheville Cottages are worth every penny.

My husband and I honeymooned in Asheville and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! We stayed in the Rosewood Cottage (31A), which was beautiful and immaculately clean. We're both neat freaks so that made us very happy! So much better than any hotel. It felt like home, very cozy and comfortable and well stocked. They even give you a ton of complimentary snacks and teas. We used the hot tub every day and loved that the fireplace just takes a switch to turn on. It was very close to restaurants and outlet shopping, and just a short drive from downtown. It was well worth the price and we'll never stay at a hotel in Asheville again after staying here! We hope to come back for our anniversaries!

Having just completed our second stay at Asheville Cottages, we wanted to share our experience with others. You will seldom rent a cottage, condo, house or apartment for a getaway destination that feels like this venue. From booking to checking out, these folks have it down. The owners and their staff are just a cell phone call away — before, during, and after your visit. If you have a need, they will immediately address it. They are as professional as they are personable. We’ve rented the same cottage for the past two years, having learned of this little Eden from our son and daughter-in-law who stayed here for their honeymoon. We now hope to come here each year for our anniversary.

The household appointments and amenities are complete; the cottage is immaculately maintained … and cleaner than your house! Drive up to the front door, walk in, and you’ll know you made a great decision for a precious weekend or a week. Their entire property is beautiful; mature trees, landscaping, and a meadow the size of a football field that we enjoy from the privacy of our own front porch. Only fifteen minutes from downtown Asheville NC but you can hear your footsteps instead of cars.

Our original honeymoon was to the US Virgin Is. until Hurricane Irma sank it into the ocean 2 weeks before our wedding. Scrambling around I chose Asheville Cottages as a backup, not really expecting much. From the moment my wife and I walked through the door we were amazed at the attention to detail, cleanliness, and feeling of "home" that Asheville Cottages provided. What originally was suppose to be a place for us to not have to stay in a local hotel turned into the best vacation of our relationship for my wife and I. We will certainly be going back for many years to come!!

The cottage was absolutely adorable! Way exceeded my expectations. There was a cute basket full of goodies when we walked in (including Reeses cups), heated towels and toilet seat, nice quality sheets and towels, fireplace, and everything you could want from a cottage. Great location close to Asheville and close to hiking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Also note that the hot tub is great but made for 2 people only. The bed sheets were the softest, and I just wanted to pet them all morning.

Tracie and Marshall really thought of everything- this place was wonderful! My husband loves to cook and they had all the best kitchen utensils and appliances, along with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We enjoyed the sleep number bed and the hot tub too! If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and luxurious place to get away, this is definitely it. We will be back for sure!

My daughter and I chose the Asheville Cottages for our little getaway, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! Not only was this cottage the epitome of cozy, it was also spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a great location! The owners make sure to think of every comfort you could possibly want in your home away from home. They far exceeded this by providing a generous basket of goodies, comfortable beds with spa sheets, and even a heated toilet seat! I felt blessed every minute of my stay, and would love to return someday! Thank you to the owners and their staff, you are hospitality at its best!

Wow so clean I have never been to a place to stay that is so clean. The folks took care of our hot tub that had quit right away. Just a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful location and quiet. Easy to get to and not far from the Biltmore and shopping if you are into that. Be sure to stay here a bit pricey but worth every penny

We just completed our 2nd annual trip to the Asheville Cottages and again we were not disappointed. The amenities that come with your stay are impressive - from the snacks, drinks and unlimited shampoo/conditioner in the shower and wonderful heated floors in the bathroom to the adjustable mattresses with luxurious sheets on the beds. But for us, the most important factor is Marshall and Tracie, who are superb hosts. They make themselves available 24/7 and will go out of their way to accommodate every request from the moment you start looking at their cottages to way after you leave. They are truly gracious in their desire to make your stay a wonderful experience. There is no better place to stay in Asheville.

We stayed at The Rosewood Cottage. It was amazing. It was clean, and well kept. The hot tub was amazing. They had drinks and snacks and COFFEE!! I called ahead with a question, and mentioned it was our Anniversary, and they left us a bottle of wine and truffles as a gift. We definitely plan on staying again. It was much needed trip, and well worth it! Thank you Asheville Cottages!

I highly recommend these cottages! It just so happens that both times he have stayed we ended up at the same one (Laurel) it is exceptional! It is always so clean, and the beds, sheets and pillows are the most comfortable of any place we have ever stayed! Tracie and Marshall go above and beyond to make the stay as relaxing and cozy, this is by far our very favorite place to stay in Asheville and we will be returning year after year!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a 3 day stay at Asheville Cottages. It was the most wonderful accommodations I could have dreamed of. It was luxury at every turn, yet it felt very warm and homey. Everything you want or need is at your fingertips. Each cottage has their own private hot tub which felt marvelous with the February temperatures. The view is outstanding and feels like you're out in the country, yet it's only minutes to Asheville. I can't wait to go back!
