Jackie; ;Manager should be fired for allowing Michelle; Assistant Manager free range to fire an employee for supposedly sleeping and showering in the spa; a potential crime in a casino. The employee entered the spa's employee back door entrance an hour b4 her start time then dropped her bags exiting same door to the casino where she'd have breakfast prior to a 9 hour shift..When it was brought to Jackies attention via Michelles accusations Jackie did not review the camera footage to assure the truth of the accusation and thus firing. Jackie was complicit in the firing of a stellar employee. Due to her negligence Jackie is irresponsible in her oversite duties by failing to review the camera footage and should long ago have been fired over the incident.

I noticed the good reviews were from a year ago , high-end prices for low quality service. Except for Sedat, great massage!. You're spending $65 for a pedicure I would expect a foot massage did not get one I get same pedicure with a massage for $15 $20 in my town. The facial was ok they slap some cream on & charge $150, again barely anything at least do a neck massage like most do when getting a facial. The colorist was snobby how much of a tip do you expect I do the same color on myself for $6 she now made me never come back & will gladly go to Caesars Tropicana or Borgata

I went to The Red Door Spa as a part of birthday weekend celebration. This was was my first spa experience, so I didn't go overboard and booked a mini-massage. Let me tell youI WISH I would have booked a full body massage because it was wonderful. Bernadette was amazing. By the end of the massage, I was almost asleep from being so much more relaxed than how I arrived. It was a great first experience. I'll definitely be back for another visit.

My group's first visit to a spa. Staff was very accommodating. Although hot tub was out of service, they offered us free guest passes to the pool and gave us all day access to their locker room - which was posh and comfortable. In addition, they let us have access to a private sitting area to enjoy a few celebratory snacks that we had brought with us. The Revitalizing salt scrub and wrap with massage was indulgent and attendant was very receptive to my needs and questions. We will definitely visit again.

A great spa experience! My two technicians were Kristin (pedicure) and Brenda (body scrub and massage) and they were absolutely wonderful. They answered all of my questions, gave me skin care tips and made me feel more relaxed than I did when I arrived. The spas amenities were fantastic, the attention to detail and design in the atmosphere help you surrender into complete relaxation. I left feeling like a completely new person. This spa made me not only put my phone down but completely forget about it. The services are affordable whether you’re on a budget or looking to splurge. Definitely an experience that will make your visit to Atlantic City memorable.
