  This nail salon is so nice! The staff and services are amazing! They always do my nails, always. They did exactly what I asked for. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

  Came to treat my mother to a gel full set and gel pedicure with a fake nail on toe. They did a HORRIBLE job painting her toes. No exaggeration. Polish is not just on her toenails but all outside of the nailbed as if done by a child. Also, the fake toe nail is extremely shorter than the other toenails (looks like a nub, chewed off). The paint has many gaps/chipping. I spoke with Vicky and showed her and she said it could be fixed and that she would work on my moms full set first. While, working on my moms fingernails, two other workers came over and were visibly upset that i disliked how my moms pedicure looked and told me they wanted to stop her full set now since i don’t want to pay for my moms pedicure. Again, all i asked was for the pedicure to be fixed since it looks terrible. Nothing more, however of course, now i don’t want to pay for something they are not even trying to fix/make look halfway decent. The customer service is horrible as well as the nail painting. This could have been handled much better on their end. A customer disliking how the nails were done should not be an automatic dismissal of services but rather a solution should be given. If your workers do not want to work they should not be there. If nails are not done to the customer’s satisfaction then there should be a remedy. That simple.

  I just moved to the neighborhood and decided to try out this place - best decision EVER! Love the space, super relaxing and quality experience. They were so friendly and did an excellent job!

  Today was my first time here. I was a walk in on a Friday and walked out in less then a hour and a half! Almost unheard of! They were organized, polite and professional. The store was beautiful and clean! This will be my new nail salon, best nail service I’ve ever received in Kansas City!!! Oh and my nails ate absolutely gorgeous!!!!
  
  UPDATE 2022: Not so much anymore :(
  Customer service is now trash, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  This place has the best experience I've had at a nail salon. I've gotten a couple of pedicures and a few full sets so far. I will probably come here exclusively going forward. They're really quick, clean, and friendly.
